Purchased my Jeep March 2025- Sales and Finance
Purchased my Jeep March 2025- Sales and Finance department were great! Had to bring my Jeep in for service, scheduled my appointment a week ahead of time and they told me the time to be there. I confirmed the day before and the time had been changed. Communication was terrible- I didn’t receive my car back until Saturday to be told there was nothing wrong with it. When I dropped my car off they told me it would be 24 hours to complete a diagnostic. I called the next day- was told it had not been looked but was next in queue. Bottom line lack of communication- told it took longer because “bigger” issues came in- cars with air conditioning problems etc. I never had to wait 4 days for a dealer to even diagnose the problem. Honestly when my husband picked up the car the story was different than what I was told. I am still waiting on the report for my car that was to be emailed.

Service was good but I am not sure they did everything
Service was good but I am not sure they did everything they should have done. I asked for brake service. They did not do very much for the brakes. They are still soft.
