Very poor I've taken my truck here for the last time for

Very poor I've taken my truck here for the last time for service worst people to deal with all nice to the face but behind your back is a very different story. Last time took the truck in for oil change and tire rotation afterwards felt some kind of vibration took it back several times and after being charge a 200$ diagnostic , tried and failed to balance my back tires said they were too nobby ( wildpeaks at) . Nothing they can do . Come to find out through the shop I bought the tires off of verified the issues. (MISSING the hubcentric rings).

I?ve been bringing my Camaro to Premier Chevrolet?s

I?ve been bringing my Camaro to Premier Chevrolet?s service department for over six years now, despite having purchased it elsewhere, and I can say without hesitation that they have been nothing short of exceptional. From day one, they have treated me with honesty, respect, and a level of customer service that is almost unheard of in the automotive world. As a young woman, I?m well aware of the horror stories about car dealerships taking advantage of customers: upselling unnecessary repairs, inflating prices, or talking down to you in the service lane. In more than six years and countless visits, Premier has never once done any of that. In fact, they?ve had plenty of opportunities to take advantage of me, and instead have repeatedly gone above and beyond to take care of me and my car. They?ve always been incredibly accommodating, often getting me in on very short notice (sometimes no notice at all) and have always worked around my schedule. During my warranty years, they handled all my covered repairs, as well as routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, filters, etc.), with the same care, attentiveness, and respect they do now that my warranty has expired. Two semi-recent experiences in particular stand out, even beyond the already excellent service I?ve come to expect: 1. The last time I came in for routine maintenance, there was a miscommunication between myself and the service manager about which air filter I wanted replaced. Once we realized the mistake, they took complete responsibility; instead of charging me for the filter they had already installed, they waived the cost entirely. Most dealerships would have shrugged and said ?too bad? or found a way to charge me anyway, but not Premier. They did right by their mistake, even when I was just as much at fault, and solidified why I should continue to trust them with my service needs in the future! 2. Just recently my engine began misfiring without warning the day before I was set to leave on a long trip. I called them with less than 12 hours? notice, and they somehow worked me in first thing in the morning. They quickly diagnosed the problem, sourced the parts from elsewhere when they didn?t have them in stock, and had me back on the road before noon. This was my first non-warranty repair, and as a college student I was bracing for the worst when it came to cost. Instead, they were more than fair; I?m confident I couldn?t have gotten it done cheaper anywhere else, let alone alongside their great customer service! Trevor runs a tight ship, and every service manager I?ve worked with (especially Zac, though they?re all fantastic) has been trustworthy, transparent, and committed to doing the right thing. They explain what?s needed and why, never pressure me into unnecessary work, and always respect both my budget and my time. I can?t say enough good things about this place. They?ve earned my complete trust over six years of exceptional service, and I will never take my cars anywhere else for as long as I?m in the Morgantown area!

After dealing with a nightmare of a purchase I don’t

After dealing with a nightmare of a purchase I don’t think I could ever suggest this dealership group to anyone in good faith, read the other bad reviews as well. Went to purchase a used Toyota truck, and they said it was still on the rack getting tires rotated. As we look at it in the garage, I hear workers imitating asian ethnicity, with some racist remarks as we said we were wanting to look at a Toyota. Time goes by about an hour n a half and they say it’s finally ready to test drive even tho it just needed a tire rotation. This is the first red flag, as they knew the truck needed a new fuel pump and did not fix it in the shop, nor tell us it needed fixed. During this waiting time they must’ve been trying to get it to run just for the test drive. We decided to buy the truck but had to wait until after the dealership was closed to fill out the paperwork. We were at the dealership from 2-9 PM. Drive home park the truck next morning it would not start due to the fuel pump they decided not to fix. Sales manager Alec (maybe Alex) gave us a very hard time when I dropped it off the day after purchase. The way he talked to my mother and I, the way we were treated, and no further assistance or appologies were given. Instead he insulted us and was trying to get us to purchase another vehicle from him. He was very unprofessional about the entire situation, ensuring we nor anyone in our family would ever vehicle shop from this dealership family every again. What a total joke this all was, and nothing was offered in return after xxxxxxx us around for 3 days. Honest review

I dealt with Josh Liggett.

I dealt with Josh Liggett. He was very knowledgeable about all the details with sale and very forward before the sale which is a great quality to have. The rest of the team was very knowledgeable as well. We had our kids with us also, everyone was friendly and very good with kids. Overall this one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. Thank you Josh liggett for everything I can’t express it enough! 😊. Thank you premier Chevy of Morgantown!!

I'm consistently pleased with the service department's

I'm consistently pleased with the service department's work & staff @ Premier! No matter who is assigned to my service issue, they seem conscientious of the fact that we only have 1 vehicle. They offer me the soonest available appointment. They communicate typically within 30mins-1hr the problem, and are upfront about the costs associated with fixing that. If it'll take longer than that, they offer to shuttle me back & forth to the dealership, like they did this most recent time (despite the snow:). From the service dept. manager, Sam, to the service advisors out front (Andy-this appointment), to the shuttle driver, they have been so personable and friendly. Vehicle repair is something that could normally be a very stressful situation. But I have found at Premier I don't stress, because the service staff really seem to care about getting my vehicle back to fully operational asap, at the best price they can give me. And I can't forget the mechanics, because most importantly, when the Premier service dept. makes a repair on my SUV, they fix the problem! They've taken care of my SUV from oil changes/tire rotations to a new transmission, and everything in between! Thanks Premier Service Dept.! Keep up the good work!

My engine check light was on, so I sent my car there to

My engine check light was on, so I sent my car there to check. The technician later called me to suggest that I need to pay 5K to replace some parts. It is too much since my car is only worth 5 K, so I asked to take my car back. It is very sad that they told me it took them a whole day to take my car apart and that it would take them another entire day to bring all the parts back. Due this reason, they charged me $ 300 to allow me to take my car back. I later drove my car to another auto shop. They diagonalized my car and gave me the exact the same report. The auto shop did not charge me any money and told me I could keep on driving my car until my car failed to start. They estimated the cost would be $500 to $2000 to replace the parts to fix. It is my first to witness someone lie to me like the guy in this "Premier Chevrolet GMC of Morgantown", who actually already charged me $1000 to replace the ECM one week before I found the engine check light was on. I have my worst experience in this shop and I believe these guys are simply evil! Please be wise to keep away from this shop.

The remotes and the push button on my door handle work

The remotes and the push button on my door handle work occasionally. I checked the batteries in both remotes, and they were good. I made an appointment for an oil change and to have the remotes reset. I explained everything that I did to the gentleman who scheduled the appointment. When I arrived to pick up my truck, I was told the technician checked the batteries in the remotes and verified that they were making connection. He said, and I quote, "If you keep having issues with the remotes, you can bring it back to have them reset." SERIOUSLY! That is what I requested when the appointment was made. They sure didn't have issue taking my $100 plus dollars for an oil change.
