Professional, respectable, friendly, and very helpful!

In the past, I have never looked forward to buying vehicles, dealing with dealers, nor salesmen, but WOW~ I had a wonderful, and great experience, which just wiped out all of the past dealings with other dealers. I would travel the distance, again, just to deal with them. They worked very hard at negotiating the price "for me," and NOT "against me," nor "for them," and that made the world of difference! Excellent facilities, and they have a great place to relax and wait, if you need to. Through my experience, it seemed every person that works there were willing and ready to do above and beyond what they needed to do in order to help you, even if you are dealing with another salesman, my comfort seemed to be their concern. And I do feel, Kenny Hammond, the salesman I dealt with, was great, and did above and beyond what was expected. It was a shocking and well rewarding experience, and I couldn't thank them enough. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking!

Horrible Customer Service - 2nd Time

Currently own a Traverse that is under warranty. We contacted Premier to have a head gasket repaired. They were not even able to provide information about our warranty and would not make an appt to look at the car for 30 days. We called another Chevy dealership in PA - they were able to tell us all about our warranty, what was and was not covered AND able to look at vehicle within 48 hours. This is the second time (less than a year) we have had horrible service at Premier. The 1st time we had parts recalled. We were told that the car was ready when we picked it up it was only AFTER I asked we were told they didn't have the recall parts in stock - so basically nothing was done to the vehicle. What a disappointment Premier is.

Not sure who this customer is buy the review. There is no vin number nor last name so we can respond. If the vehicle is under factory warranty the head gaskets should be covered and would have been told to the customer. If something else happened that caused the head gaskets to blow, we would not know till we looked at it. We schedule repairs for customers that have purchased from us first so we can get them in and out as quick as possible. If the vehicle was not purchased here, we will normally schedule the repair a few weeks out till we can get them in. It is very important that we service and take care of our customers first and we have such a great service department that we often get calls for repairs from customers that did not buy from us. We want to help everyone but it is not fair to our customers to run customers ahead of them that did not purchase from us. I really don't know what happened here because I do not have any informtaion to determine who this customer is. Thank you, Charles Six

Mike Hogan was the very knowledgeable of the vehicles I was interested in. He was a pleasure to work with and the dealership was very professional in the way they handled things.

Sales and Service departments were the best

This dealer is really nice. The facility was all new and very clean. I started out in service and while I was waiting, Gerry the sales manager spoke to me. He asked how I was doing and if my car was getting reapired. He asked me what kind of car I drove and how I like it. I told him it was a 2009 Malibu and I had thought aboout maybe getting a new one. He asked me some questions and said he thought he had a car that I may like. Long story short, I ended up buying the new car. This dealership is so friendly and nice. I am going to tell all my friends. Thank you Premier!

Service department markups are rediculous

I took my vehicle to have a ABS light serviced. They diagnosed it as a driver side speed sensor wiring harness gone bad and quoted me $500 and some change to fix it. The part cost $40 brand new at a local auto parts dealer and took me 30 min to install. I can not stress how inappropriate I feel their quote was.

Very professional

My wife and I couldn't have asked for better service than what we received when we purchased our Tahoe from Premier GMC! We were openly greeted by Mike Hogan with a smile and a handshake who showed us a few vehicles. Having to leave, we returned later only to have Kevin Davis assist us as Mike was very busy. You couldn't have asked for better, more courteous, service than what those two provided. No pressure, and thoroughly knew their products. I highly recommend Premier. cmartin

Great experience!

I enjoyed my experience with Premier the salesman Max Black was excellent and made the experience great service the next day was excellent as well thank you for Premier!

Great experience

I was looking for a car last year. I purchased one from a less than reputable dealer. I had had it with the car and the dealer. I started looking for another car at the beginning of August. I had tried 2 other dealers and it was a no go without a large down payment. I had been looking at different dealerships online. I emailed Premier on the 9th. I received a phone call on the 10th, made an appointment to go in and went in. I met the sales manager and he introduced me to my sales person. I didn't know exactly what I wanted other than a smaller SUV. He showed me a blue Equinox and I took a test drive. When we got back, I went in and started the purchase process. I had to leave in the middle of it. When I got back, everything was ready for me to sign. My salesman came back and asked me to please get insurance for the vehicle. I was absolutely dumbfounded when I was told I was approved to purchase the vehicle with no money down. The payments are a little more than I hoped because of my credit situation. Being approved with no money down was more than I hoped for. I would definitely recommend Premier to others.

So HAPPY!

I'm so happy we were treated poorly at Team One Chevrolet. Gave us a chance to reach out to friends. Premier came highly recommended. So very pleased we bought our new car here! Your team is amazing! Over priced

We were shopping for a used vehicle, we stated our situation and they promised they could get us where we wanted to be on payments. It started out as a good experience. I was reluctant to even deal with them again, we bought a 2007 GMC envoy off of them and when asked if it had been wrecked they said it hadn't come to find out it was wrecked. With this visit the staff was helpful till I called them out on a car booking for less then it was priced, the salesman and the manager was very rude. Through out the process they would leave us setting while they disappeared. All in all it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this dealership at all.
