Our son had dealt with Ron Gooding at Uebelhor and recommended that we check with him before buying a new Toyota. We did and were very pleased with deal that he gave us on our new 2015 Avalon Hybrid. I have to admit that I am a tough sell and Ron (and my wife) patiently allowed me to test drive several cars and take the time I needed to make my decision. We drove over an hour just to go "look"... We wanted a Highlander or Sienna but expected a 3 month wait if we chose the highlander.. We arrived a few days ago to find out they had the exact car, color, and model on the lot we wanted! We were given an amazing trade in value and offered lots of advice, being that this was our first 'NEW' car purchase! John Strange is who we were referred to and couldn't have been more happy! Never once did we feel pressured or lied to. It was like we were long time friends from the second we walked in the door. He was very knoxledgeable, friendly, and patient! We are so incredibly happy with our new Highlander we will never go anywhere else!

I had been looking for a Camry Hybrid for several months. All other dealers were unwilling to budge on the price. I sent Daniel and email and he sent me back a price that I could not believe. I called and asked him to hold the car until I got there. It was a 45 minute drive from home. I have 2 other toyota dealers that are much closer(15 and 20 minutes) Anyway, the price was great, the wife loved the car, the deal was very easy and we were both very happy with everything. There was no pressure and no extra hidden fees. We worked with Amanda for the paper work signing. She was very professional and prepared. Again, no high pressure and explained everything in detail. Also, the gentleman that showed us all about the car, Dean, was very knowledgeable about the car and all of its features. My wife and I both felt very comfortable with the new car and the Hybrid technology after his explanations. If I could rate this group higher than 5, I would without hesitation. Very good experience! Elias took the time to make sure we got what we wanted and even gave us some nice floor mats that we didn't expect! Shirley is very good at her job and good with her customers! We couldn't have asked for better service.
