They lied to me when I originally purchased the vehicle.

They lied to me when I originally purchased the vehicle. Then have refused to correct anything. I will never own another Kia vehicle because of how poor an experience I have had with this dealership. They don't actually provide good service, they simply charge you more and do sub par work.

I initially took my KIA Sportage in to fix my air

I initially took my KIA Sportage in to fix my air conditioner. Later the following day my engine light came on (at no fault of the dealership). These things happen! Nathan, my service advisor was very good about getting it in very quickly. Now it runs like a top. Very pleased.

I took my vehicle in to Springfield Kia (Formerly

I took my vehicle in to Springfield Kia (Formerly Youngblood) To have my vehicle taillight inspected because it was on the fritz blinking on and off, And get an oil change. I met with Ryan who is the service advisor who took complete charge and was able to not only remedy the problem, but came out to bring a few things up to my attention. The charges were reasonable. The wait time was reasonable, and the care was way above the average. Which is why I go to Springfield Kia.

I received a call from Ryan who is my service advisor who

I received a call from Ryan who is my service advisor who stepped up to the plate to assist me with my door lock and also arranged for a cooling system flush. Not only was my car taken care of in a timely manor, it arrived with a fresh car wash. Awesome finish. Very Happy!

I took my KIA Sportage in to have my oil changed and

I took my KIA Sportage in to have my oil changed and transmission fluid flushed. I also was experiencing an issue with my rear door lock that wouldn’t open from the inside or outside and my air conditioner looked at. I met with Ryan Rush who was my service advisor who informed me that the door lock was covered by a 10 year unlimited warranty and he had the crew look for the leak in the air conditioner. Ryan & his Service Manager were really great to work with as were the guys in the shop. This is an Excellent Dealership to work with. You can trust them with the work they do and they’re honest!

Brought in my Kia Sportage in to have a new windshield

Brought in my Kia Sportage in to have a new windshield wiper arm and blade on my vehicle. While I was there Brad Duggins wasn't there so I spoke with Kayleigh about my front high beam headlight that was out. It was replaced less than 12 days ago. Kayleigh met with me in the dealership waiting area and explained that the sensor connector was burt out and to have a new harness would run $900.00. She made a recommendation that did infact work and the light is good as new. Again, this is why I bring my vehicle to Youngblood Kia (Springfield KIA) to have all my service work done. BECAUSE THEIR HONEST & TRUSTWORTHY!! Thank You Kayleigh! You are awesome.

Took my vehicle in for service. Brad Duggins is the best. He's always there for you which is a huge confidence booster and the reason I keep coming back, as is the service I receive from the mechanics whom I don't get to see. But they are exceptional goo at what they do!
