Easy, professional and knowledgeable!

From the first meeting with Shawad to the final walk through he was very professional. He has a very easy way of explaining the many features of the RDX. I never felt rushed or hurried during the whole process. I thought that Kimberly Guidry did a great job helping with financing and options explanations . I never felt that I was hurried though the entire process. I have purchased many cars and trucks but this was the smoothest of all. I will be recommending the Acura dealership, Shawad or Kimberly to friends.

Very Pleased!

My wife and I have purchased more than 20 vehicles in our lifetime. Kyle at Acura has sold us our last two vehicles and his “no pressure” support has been exceptional. He knows when to engage and when to back away. Not all salesmen have that talent. I strongly recommend Acura of Baton Rouge. Ask for Kyle.

Car Purchase

I would to give a big Thank you to Eddie Egnew for his patience, guidance and understanding with my car purchase. Eddie has been come more like my family. I prayed before I looked into purchasing a vehicle that I would have a Honest salesman. Eddie is not just looking to sale a vehicle he is very honest about the car that he is selling to his customers!!

Purchase of 2016 TLX

I purchased a Acura TLX 2016 from Shawad Dara at Acura of Baton Rouge. He was great to work with. He’s very knowledgeable about the Acura brand. He was nice and very patient with me throughout the process. He worked with me to get me the deal I wanted! I would recommend him to any of my friends!

Repeat customer

I just purchased my second Acura MDX and this time had the pleasure of dealing with Mr Luke To. Luke was great to deal with before the sale and has not forgotten me since the sale. He is there to answer any question you have. The entire staff is happy to help in addition to Luke. Excellent Buying Experience

Having to purchase a new car, for the first time all alone, was a scary and intimidating feeling. There was no doubt it would be an MDX from Acura of BR, but I was still uneasy ...until I walked in and met Bethany Gonzales. My nervousness was evident and she quickly began putting my mind at ease. I knew what I wanted and what I was able to pay and I didn’t want to feel pressured in any way. Her knowledge and expertise, coupled with her sweet personality, made it all happen. What a joy she was to work with. She then introduced me to Chauncey Robinson in the Finance Dept who led me thru the financing phase. His knowledge, pleasant attitude and warm personality helped allay the rest of my fears and it was soon “a done deal”. I was soon driving away in my new MDX with these two angels in my rear view. Thank you, Bethany and Chauncey, for being there for me. You’re definite assets to Acura of Baton Rouge!

2018 Acura ILX

Jeremiah Amato should win salesman of the year. He was more than helpful and very easy to work with. He made the process enjoyable and fun. Will definitely use him again in the future.
