Mr. Pawley helped design his store with customer convenience and comfort in mind. Our dealership is located at 6200 South 36th Street at the intersection of I-540 and Zero Street Exit 11. I contacted this dealership twice enquiring about a BMW

I contacted this dealership twice enquiring about a BMW Z4. Neither email was responded to in a timely manner. I finally received an email a week after I had contacted them. Unfortunately, the car I was interested in had sold the previous day (which was 6 days after my original email). I purchase vehicles from all over the United States and was seriously interested in this vehicle, so it was disappointing they did not respond in a timely manner.

I was unable to get my 24 Tacoma out of gear and was

I was unable to get my 24 Tacoma out of gear and was stranded at car wash. I have been buying Toyota’s from Tony Henson for many years at J Pauley. I called the dealership service dept & they did not know how to help. I asked if Tony was working, spoke with him & within 10 minutes he arrived and addressed the problem & got me on my way. His management needs to know what a Gem they have.

Went in yesterday with a battery issue late in the

Went in yesterday with a battery issue late in the afternoon. Even though they were busy they got me in, took care of the problem in good time and got me back on the road. I really appreciate that kind of service. Kind, quick and efficient. Thanks!!

They worked hard to get me the best possible apr, and I really appreciated that. I'd definitely come back, even though it's quite a ways away from where I live. The people were friendly, and helpful at every point during the buying process, and I couldn't have asked for better service

Service department is an absolute scam.

Service department is an absolute scam. Go in for a simple oil change and they try and say my car has an oil leak and want X amount to look at it and fix it. Yet when asked to look at the leak or even be told where it is they can’t show the leak or answer where it is. Save your wallet and go somewhere else.
