Stay away from J. Pauley Toyota Service dept.!
Save yourself the grief, worst customer service ever! The service department absolutely sucks. From top to bottom. The young wet behind the ears assistant manager with the mullet (who looks like a poor man's Danny McBride) is rude, ignorant, arrogant, condescending and all around useless. I am only giving 1 star because negative 5 does not exist and I can not post unless I put a star. They don't care about you nor do they care about your car. Plain and simple. Took my car in and received the worst customer service you can get and to top it off you have to pay for it. I was considering buying two new cars from J. Pauley Toyota but after the great treatment I received from the rude and useless service assistant manager, I will never spend another dollar there. If you own a company all your employee's good or bad are to represent the company to the highest standard. This genius was not the example you want representing your business. Just a side note it wasn't just me who saw him be a jerk, other customers were treated the same way! If they want to up there game they need to dump him quick otherwise I doubt they will see many more customers coming there anytime soon. I am sure after I post this they will have some sort of pointless reply to "oh were so sorry you experience that, we would like you to call us so we can make it right", ha yea right never again and anyone else I know I shall spread the word. Stay away from this place, especially the service department; probably get better treatment and service at Tito's hole in the wall workshop. I am glad electric cars are being implemented in the future to rid out useless service departments like this.

Although we did not come to agreement on the value of my trade-in which resulted in a no sale, my experience with J Pauly Toyota was a very good one. I was there on a mission to purchase an FJ Cruiser for a up coming YouTube project and converting it into a Search & Rescue/Storm Chaser. Found a perfect one (even though it was still over priced.) but would still fit the budget just that my trade-in there just was valued near as much as other than Toyota dealerships were offering which put the available unit out of reach for me. The sales person Kerk was a absolute awesome person to work with, he was very kind and easy to communicate with and all so friendly. The manager that came out was very nice as well and very transparent and up front with everything. There was no beating around the bush or crazy tactics as I had experiended at other dealerships. I look forward to working with these guys again in the future even though a sale was not made (hence the 4 star instead of 5). I will continue looking for a good FJ for this project. Thank you Kerk and everyone there for the experience.

Service is prompt. However, every time my truck is in there it has a vibration issue with the tires/rims. 55-65 MPH. It is never been resolved. Rebalancing the tires doesn't work. Aluminum rims from Toyota are know for this. It has done this since it was new. Will it be fixed?
