BEWARE!

BEWARE! I took my car in to get an oil change ONLY. After a while the service guy comes in tells me I need a new battery for $169 I said no thanks then I could tell that didn't set very well with him. So he starts on my paper work and checks me out he said that will be $103 I said what else did you do besides the oil change he said we rotated the tires. I said I didn't ask for tire rotation he said yes you did I said no sir I just wanted an oil change. I get my tires taken care of at a local tire company with free rotation. So he said well we did the work already I said I don't care I didn't request a rotation. He changed very quickly from friendly to not friendly. I ask to talk to the manager I then let him know what happen It didn't seem to effect him. They removed it off my bill. I then left when to get my battery checked they said the battery was fine and did not need another battery. Got to looking at by tires where they said they rotated them and seen they didn't do that. You see I have two marks on my rear wheels not the from they two wheels were still on back never rotated the tire. Just letting you know be careful. Do not fall for their scam. Sorry J. Pauley Toyota I WONT be back!!! EVERYONE BE CAREFUL!!!!!

My car broke down on the highway and was towed to J

My car broke down on the highway and was towed to J Pauley Toyota. They are capable, considerate, and honest. They worked well with me, even though I am not local. I can't say enough good about Heather. She was very helpful.

Not what I expected

You are able to visit this dealer without an apppintment for diagnostic and oil change work. The service is prompt and thorough. I am a little discouraged with the product however. The engine is leaking oil with only 132000 miles and there is a bearing failure occuring on some component on the engine. These are the kind of problems I am trying to avoid on American made products. The automobile has been serviced by JPauley according to Toyotas owner manual.

Easy no pressure process

James Summers was our salesman and was always helpful and communicated flawlessly. He was very knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer, would find out ,and let us know

Easy process

Our salesman James Summer was not pushy and was very knowledgeable of the Toyota products. He worked very hard to get our new Tacoma shipped in to us. Will definitely use them again for our new vehicle needs.
