Cummins Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM

As a consumer i would not take my dog here. They hung up on me when trying to ask questions about my car they had for 5 months and brought it to me and it was not safe to even drive. They treated me like a dog and talked to me in ways that i would never think a company would be ok with but when calling Chad Cummins the owner he told me to contact an attorney. I have each voice recording to verify this as well if anyone would like to hear it for themselves.

They were the nicest people they help me better understand the whole buying process, unfortunately I didn't get the car I wanted do to already buying a car thru them!

Was traveling west on interstate 40 and engine light came on in my 2007 3500 dually pulling a 44foot toyhauler. Said to get to a service place asap. 9 miles down the road was Cummins Dodge. They got me right in and was able to drop trailer in the back lot. Gave me a loner car to go to breakfast, and check out the area. Super people here at the service department, sales department. They said the fuel pump was going and would not have lasted very much further. What a relief to not be stuck in the middle of no where and maybe have to be towed. Very resonable price for the repair and amount of labor involved and wish i coud remember the mechanic name. The service manager the sales guys. I would really feel comfortable buying a new car or truck here also. The waiting room super, the bathrooms super the whole place SUPER. Thanks to all of you that helped my wife and i out.
