I purchased my own Christmas present on Dec 21, 2020. It was a 2019, low mileage, Chevy Equinox 1LT. David Lewis was my Pre Owned salesman. He made it a very easy transaction. I was in and out in 1 1/2 hrs. Went back the next day & picked up the vehicle. He explained all the bells & whistles. He would have had the Make Ready finished in another 1 1/2 hrs on the 21st, except I needed to drive back to Mesquite for a meeting. David and the Finance Department made it really easy and were very friendly and explained everything.

If Credit is not an easy approval. Will not work hard to get you a deal. Was Told that they couldn't get me approved and I was approved for a vehicle at the same cost the same day at another dealership. Salesman "Tony" was nice but obtaining the deal is not in the salesmans hands.

Exceptional and professional service by Emerson (my sales consultant) and Chad (Director of Sales). The buying process was seamless and stress-free. Although it was a 5-hour drive for me, I would do this again in a heartbeat. I would recommend this to anyone. Great dealership!
