We have bought cars from this dealership before. A year or so ago the salesman lead me to believe we had a sure deal over the phone. Drove 6 hours only to find out everything he texted me was a lie!

It has been 3 years since your salesman straight up LIED to me. I received a response with a phone number which I tried calling on several occasions and never received a call back. We had bought at least three cars from your dealership and I am still very upset about this issue. So much that I have not deleted the text messages your salesman sent me leading me to believe we had a deal made. That all we had to do was show up so his boss’s knew the offer we were making was real. Myself my son family members and coworkers will never buy from your company!!

My experience working with Michael Brown was excellent. I wanted a vehicle seen online and in transit. Mr. Brown's correspondence was always immediate. In person, he was able to show like vehicles until mine arrived and answer every question I had. He was more than willing to go over every detail and had the knowledge to do so. Excellent customer service. By far the best team of auto sales professionals I have worked with to purchase cars. Overall a really great experience with a family like atmosphere. 2nd car I have bought here with the help of salesperson Ken Valdez. Went in for a repair today (not the fault of the car) and came out a new truck owner by the end of the day!
