Cassandra was an excellent communicator and service representative. She handled my recall ordering the parts and my immediate servicing of my Rogue very efficient and professionally.

Jeffrey was most helpful in explaining the service rendered. I was informed of all the progress during the service. Checking in was easy even without prior appointment.

I travel from South Garland to have Courtesy service my car. I have used a couple of closer shops, but always go back to Courtesy. They are so kind and caring, they always find a good coupon for me. They have built an aura of trust with me that I don't feel with anyone else. Robert, my service manager, is the best! I've purchased my last two cars from them and have not been disappointed. Highly recommend.

I visited Courtesy Nissan for a routine oil change (because this place is the best about mailing out awesome coupons) and to get my air conditioner fixed while my car was still under warranty. They did an entire inspection of my car and Teresia helped me get everything necessary repaired. She was so helpful and very sweet!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation special. Casandra “Cassie” was very helpful with the whole process and kept me updated while I waited. She was friendly and knowledgeable about what I will need to look for on my next service call. I felt like she really cared for her customers.
