Sales rep (Jerry) was very helpful and knowledgeable. gave me information, but also gave me space and time to make a decision on buying the car. Finance manager (Amy) was very friendly and also very helpful. Presented the information I needed quickly and got me out the door in record time.

Had a great experience with the staff at Battlefield Ford several years ago when we purchased a SUV. This was despite their rather meager facilities during the remodelling of the dealership. I think the offices were in a double wide back then. The new dealership looks great. We have had the SUV serviced there and have had nothing but smooth interaction with the service department. Snacks, coffee, and massage chairs are a nice touch. Just happened to be going there for service and decided to look at a commuter car. Greg the general sales manager arranged for Jerry to show us some possibilities. Each time we have gone there, Greg always greets me by name. We ended up making a bit of an "impulse purchase" on a fuel efficient car as they were able to put together a very reasonable deal. Finalizing the purchase with Amy, the finance manager was stress free. She actually remembered us from several years ago. She reviewed all the pertinent information and made the process very smooth. She did a terrific job. Lastly, as we had arrived in two vehicles at the dealership, Jerry delivered the new car to my house. Thanks again to the team at Battlefield Ford.

I have not had a lot of good luck with my new cars recently, but this Ford Center is the best! They have my best interest at heart and really go that extra mile to make sure my “visit” to the dealership goes smoothly.

Clayton and his team are always ready to help and there commitment to great service are appreciated I use to take my cars and trucks to different dealers for service but since Clayton and his team are on top of excellent service I will not go anywhere else than Battlefield Ford in Culpeper

Just went to look at a Ford C-Max Hybrid but ended up buying it. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great service. Super pleased with my purchase.

No pressure to buy , experience was friendly, speedy service with out feeling you can't leave. Poor experience at other dealerships. Will definitely recommend this dealership.
