Very disappointed with the service and warranty they

Very disappointed with the service and warranty they offered. Spend a lot of money on a new truck AT4 new and pay for extra warranty protection for nothing. Taking the truck back for service many times and still paying for service and parts. It’s ridiculous after spending that much money on a poor engineering truck design.

We came from out of town to purchase a vehicle from

We came from out of town to purchase a vehicle from Ewing,paid for the vehicle out right….we weren’t even 3 hrs from there and the transmission started acting up! We called and finally was able to speak to a Manager,his response was it was an “As Is” sale and you left the lot! So buyer be aware of this Company! I guess we should have driven around the lot for 3 hours before we left!!!!! I would have given a negative score if I could have!

The customer service, the compassion and understanding were truly great. Suzanne and Jason were incredibly kind, very responsive and explanatory and provided us with all around amazing service. We were contacted quickly after our online inquiry and Suzanne was happy to help us answer all the questions we had. We are out of state and the process in which the paperwork and transport of the vehicles were done was flawless. We thank you all for your expertise and kindness. We will be back when the time comes and will most certainly refer all who are in the market to your dealership.

Tommy was a very knowledgeable salesman and also patient

Tommy was a very knowledgeable salesman and also patient and not pushy. It was such a breath of fresh air buying a car this time around. Also nice that each of your sales agents have their own desk and space instead of negotiating at an open table. The facility was very clean, updated, and functional. Our finance agent was also patient and answered all my question. He did not rush the process and went out of his way to help us find a good rate. I will be back to your dealership next time in market for a GMC or Buick.

I left a google review bc overall I've been pleased with your body shop and service department! Love the popcorn, cookies, and snacks. I felt very welcome, wonderful dealership. I've always been a Sewell customer bc of their customer service, but y'all exceeded my expectations and now I want to be a life long Ewing customer. We had a few communication issues between the body shop and service dept the other day, but other than that, very happy! Thank you so much, to Tag and Dan!

My Service tech, Mike was very helpful in my visit.

My Service tech, Mike was very helpful in my visit. I have always brought my car in for all service ever since I bought it in 2012. I had a little oil residue from the oil change and was concerned the oil filter might be loose. He checked it out and was so nice. Thank you

Subject: Extremely Disappointed – Integrity Issue with My Custom Truck Order To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I recently had with your dealership. I visited your location with the intent to purchase a fully loaded truck. Your staff assured me that the exact configuration I wanted was available, which I later learned was not the case. Despite this, I chose to move forward and placed an order for a custom-built truck, completing all required paperwork and providing a deposit. I was informed the vehicle would arrive within three to four months. After waiting several months and repeatedly following up, I was shocked to learn that the truck I ordered — the exact build I selected and paid extra to have produced — had been accidentally sold by your dealership. This was devastating, as the vehicle represented a significant financial investment and held personal importance to me. Based on my understanding, including information from family members employed by GM, once a vehicle is ordered and assigned to a customer, it should be clearly tagged as sold to prevent precisely this type of situation. It appears this process was not followed, raising serious concerns about how my order was handled and whether profit was prioritized over integrity. This incident reflects a troubling lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for your customers. I expect a prompt and thorough explanation of how this occurred, as well as what corrective actions your dealership intends to take to address this situation and prevent it from happening to others.
