Really friendly staff and great customer service. I made my appointment online and they got right to me as soon as I got there. Was surprised at the improvement in the service since I had bad experience before

Friendly Staff

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to bring my car in for a recall, and they were very efficient with my time. I didn't have to worry that I would not be able to get my car back when they said they would have it ready. Josh was very kind and great to work with.

As usual, you guys did a fine job. I do wish that you could check out and take care of any recalls that I have associated with this vehicle. Previously, I had wanted to check or get needed recalls handled but was told that the parts were not available but that I would be noti.fied about it, but was not notified

OsCAR is Not just a car salesman...

After a few bad experiences trying to buy a vehicle in 2005, I absolutely despised any & all car salesmen. So much that I didn't buy my next vehicle for 4 years. The thought of dealing with a sleazy character made my blood boil. I am not one to try and talk a salesman down on price for anything. I'm a straight shooter, I'll tell you what I want, you tell me how much, we either make the deal or not. Either way, we shake hands when done. In 2009 my vehicle had so many miles on it I had no choice but to go do the one thing I hated most, a new vehicle deal. It was by chance I walked into All American Dodge & was greeted by Oscar. I immediately explained why I hated to go vehicle shopping, including my disdain for shady, unethical cars salesmen and that I was in no mood to sit for 8 hours just to be taken advantage of. I can only imagine what he thought with what I was telling him. xxxx, my wife was rolling her eyes at my unprovoked disdain towards him. He didn't flinch. He simply said, Mr. Mayger, I'm going to do whatever it takes to earn your business. Long story short, we did a deal that day. In fact, we have done our 8th deal this past month. So yes, he's not just MY car salesman..he's also my bad experience therapist in a way. Now, When we make a deal, I call, he's ready, I show up, 30 mins later I'm in a new ride. #notyouraveragesalesman #ramhemitherapist

Fast service, good experience!!

I had a recall on my pickup. Went in on a Thursday, the Service specialist was courteous and professional. Got me in for service on Friday. When I brought my truck in he told me that he thought they would have it all day. Called me at 12:30 and said I was done. I had heard bad things about the service department, but my experience was pleasurable and I would use them again.

Friendly, considerate and told me exactly what my car needed
