I purchased a car February 2015.The car hasnt given me any trouble at all. Thank God! Since I have been ripped off by so many dealerships, and if im late, they dont call and harash me about the payment. They are very understanding! And as a single mother I need a car that is reliable. Wonderful dealership! Thank you so much!

Sometimes when you get really bad service or a bad product you have to write a review to tell others. Well, I needed to write this review to give credit where it is due. I need a nice small car and I always drive past a few dealerships back and forth to work and stopped at a few. This one was one of the only on Route 1 that actually talked to me about what I was looking for and made good suggestions. I left there with a 2002 Honda Civic with car payments that was in within my budget. I am just about to pay it off and writing a review was the least I could do. No games. Just honest business is all I saw. It was no surprise that when I decided to write a review there were so many good ones from actual customers.

My brother purchased a car with this dealership, and I have walked him through the process, this dealership is an extremely fair dealership. Many dealerships say they will work with you and then when you sign a contract, they do not work with you. This dealership keeps it WORD. The are trust worthy and didn't make us feel as if he purchased an AS IS vehicle. We had an issue beyond the warranty and this dealership were ready and willing to fix it. Not only were they will to fix it without cost, they were willing to pick the vehicle up and bring it back to our home, again at no charge. Any customer who states that this dealership isn't fair is probably a person who didn't purchase a vehicle from this establishment. This is a great, fair place to purchase a vehicle, especially for customers who have not so good credit...THEY DO NOT DISCRIMINATE when it comes to credit...THEY MEAN IT WHEN THEY SAY BAD CREDIT NO PROBLEM...The dealers are wonderful fair and business men....come and check the establishment out for yourself, you will truly not be disappointed....#willpurchaseanother! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PHONOMENAL!

The staff is very helpful. I had a few things that needed taken car of after purchasing my car, and they took care of it right away. They even picked up my car and dropped it off to my location. I would purchase here again, and have recommended them to friends.

I never had a dealership that looked out for me . I was in a situation and I was late on payments and they still helped me out and worked with me. I had some problems with the car since it was old and used and them people fixed it for me even 6 months later. and even now they are still working with me to get e my next car from these good people. definitely will buy only from them

I went to the dealership several times to inquire about vehicles and never got anyone to respond on time. Listen, if you buy a used vehicle and the engine light comes on and the vehicle is choking within the first few hours of having the car, it MAY HAVE been a good car, but clearly needs work to be restored back to good condition. This is a dealership problem, not your problem. I'm NEVER buying a car from ANYONE that doesn't have an extended warranty or can't guarantee their cars. I hate that I have to do this, but I'm sure there's going to be a joe coming behind me that will need to see this and learn from my mistake. Remember, you get what you pay for.

I haven't been this pleased with the overall vehicle purchase experience in a long time. I purchased a 97' Toyota Rav4 for my daughter. I did quite a bit of research looking for a used car. My major points of consideration were price, reliability and estimated life of the vehicle. I must say, I?m giving my purchase a fist bump as well as two raised eyebrows. I got a great car at a great price, that I believe will serve me (and my daughter) well for years. I really appreciated that I didn?t get the all too common pressure to buy, like most other dealers. I?ve purchased many used and new cars in the past, and found myself inundated with calls and emails from the sales person. I walked around the CarSmart lot, which wasn?t huge ? but they made up for it in the quality of the vehicles for sale. CarSmart representatives were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles. I am very happy that I checked out CarSmart. I plan to recommend them to all my family and friends looking for a good car at a great price. You will not be disappointed.

I set two emails to this dealer requesting more information about a car listed but never received a response. I work from 8 to 10 hours a day at my job. I leave home between 6 am and 7 am every morning and get home between 6 and 8 pm in the evening. I work for a hospital and am on call weekends so I must depend upon email as a means of communication.
