Bait and Switch - Terrible Customer Treatment

If I could give zero stars I would but I guess it will have to be one star. I recently leased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from the dealership. I had one month left in my current lease of a 2017 Dodge Durango, which was leased from a different dealership. The salesperson (who is no longer working at the dealership) and the sales manager were well aware of the fact that we had one remaining payment on my prior lease and agreed to absorb the last payment as part of the new lease transaction. It was because of this that my wife and I agreed not to wait until our current lease had expired before consummating the transaction for a new vehicle. We have since been made aware that the dealership did not include this as one of the deal terms and we are responsible to make the last lease payment on a vehicle of which we are no longer in possession. One would think that the dealership would have recognized their error and, in the interest of customer service and desire to build a relationship (it should be noted that the new Jeep is the sixth Chrysler Dodge Jeep vehicle that we have leased/bought), would have found a way to resolve the matter in a satisfactory way. However, we were told, in not so many words, tough luck. Not the ideal way to begin a relationship with a dealership.

I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and...

I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. The service was relatively quick. When I was given my car back, I noticed that my tires weren't rotated. The staff insisted that all work had been completed but, I have a scratch on one of my wheels. After mentioning the scratch, they took my car back and switched it. When I left, I noticed a thumping coming from the front driver's side tire. A few days later I was able to return and the same advisor met with me. After checking, they realized that the bolts were not properly secured on that tire. This could have been a disaster but I'm glad it was a quick fix. This is the closest Dodge to my home but I am considering traveling elsewhere for better and safer service.

Bait And Switch

Bait and switch. Unbelievably shady business. I wouldn't recommend working with Luis, Tiffany, Mark, Or Lazro. I was told straight up lies just to get me into the store then apon recognizing the lies and calling them out on them, I found out the car I was working with was 10k over the price told to me . Unbelievable if I hadn't asked again I would be financing a car way over priced. I wasted two trips to this store based on lies. Buyers beware shady car business.

Worst dealer and service

Worst customer service. Rude employees They also never answer the phone or call back . Dropped my car for repair they never called me to let me know it’s ready.

Battery failure

Went Above and Beyond !!!

I pulled into the Service Department for an Express Oil Change. Had a few small items that also needed addressing, like a cabin filter. They went above and beyond, even as closing time approached, to handle all my requests with a smile. Their service is SO improved now. Great attitude!!! /Scott Wenger
