I brought my Tahoe in to be fixed even when I was advised

I brought my Tahoe in to be fixed even when I was advised not to by a coworker. Very little accountability when it came to communication with the difeerent workers. Went to get my vehicle on two separate occasions and both times it was not ready. Each time the worker (two diffrent workers) blamed the car not being ready because 1. our phone was on a do not call list (not true) and another day they stated we said we would call them back to let them know (also not true). The lack of communication is not my biggest complaint. It's the trash left in my car on two separate days. How dare a worker leave his empty water bottle in my car and not take it out. I know this because I do not drink Niagra nor Arrowhead brand waters. Then when they broguht my car up to me the first time, the tire light was on. You would think after one spent $2,000 they would have common courtesy to clean up after themselves and put some air in the tire. One problem was fixed only for that fix to make another issue bigger. The only positive remark I can give is to Josh for mentioning the first responder discount, even though he claimed he called but the number was on a national do no call list. The service manager seemed like he cared a little as well, I suppose. Overall, I wish I had listened to my coworker who had nothing but complaints about Young Chevrolet. This probably could have saved me time, money, and maybe could have gotten a total fix. Good help sure is hard to come by.

Paint job was great.

Paint job was great. Some of the rubber seal was torn, but they will be fixing it

This is the best service so far. Also if you work with Service advisor Olly or other guys they are so professional and they going to make everything easy for you.

If you select the pre-owned vehicle you want and don't

If you select the pre-owned vehicle you want and don't take possession of it while you're there, photograph the vehicle inside and out before you leave to ensure it's the same when you return. Be prepared to make repeated calls to whomever the contact person is, because you could very well not receive the agreed upon callback. You will have to continue to ask questions during the financial process. You will receive general information and have to ask for the details on what was said to you. A member of my faimily is looking for a pre-owned vehicle to prevent using the newer vehicle too frequently. I believe we will go down the street to the Toyota dealership.
