The service department excelled! We received personable and attentive service. And car issue resolved totally. You are encouraged to engage them with your car issues.

Pleasant Experience
The service, Christian Limon, was helpful and attentive and signed me in quickly. The shuttle service home and return was well within expected time. Christian called me back to confirm the approved work and again when car was ready. Over all it was a pleasant experience.

Problems
Had problems at first, but was taken care of by Michael Johnson a service advisor. Mr Johnson listen to my concerns and took charge. He kept in touch with me and when the work was completed I was called to come and pick up my vehicle. I am very satisfied.

Oil change and alignment and inspection sticker
Ivan did a great job and was very knowledgeable!! He explain everything and he also remember me from a few months again because I needed to get new tires. Thanks Ivan!

I took my car in for oil change. Wonderful job.
I took my car in August 12, 2021. Service was great. My car was ready before the time they gave me. Cristian apologize for not be available when I arrived , but as a team they were great. People there at Freeman Honda are always so professional.
