I purchased a Mazda 5 from this dealer during the winter, trusting him when he assured me everything was in good condition, including the AC. When warmer weather arrived, I discovered that the AC wasn’t cooling at all. I reached out to him, hoping he would share the repair costs, but he refused and instead referred me to a mechanic who quoted $250 for labor, plus an additional $500 for a new compressor. On top of that, when showing me the car, he used a different key, and after the sale, I discovered that the original car key was damaged. I trusted him throughout the process, but he was clearly not honest. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer to anyone looking for transparency and reliability.

Waise was my salesman and he was wonderful. He was honest with me and he has gone beyond helpful for me. I am very happy with the Subaru I bought from him at High Quality Motors. I recommend them and I thank them for great service and their kindness. If I have questions, even after a month they are still helping me, the car didn’t come with a backup camera so I bought one and Waise installed it for me, such a kind man. I went to this dealer, he advertised a 2018 chevy cruz premier (fully loaded) with VIN # but when we went there a few days later the car he showed was a completely different vin# and was not a premier and thus missing many of the options originally included. Owner "geno" knew of this and was the person we dealt with so clearly they think that they can advertise something they didn't have in stock and overcharge customers for a lesser known car. DO NOT Buy A car FROM THIS DISHONEST USED CAR DEALER its called bait and switch!!!!! NOTHING HIGH QUALITY ABOUT THIS DISHONEST CAR DEALER buyer beware!!!!!!
