My service advisor was Bree.
My service advisor was Bree. She was awesome! When I arrived for my appointment, Bree got me right in and updated me regularly on the service progress on my vehicle. Overall, I was in and out very quickly. Bree reviewed all of the work performed on my vehicle and followed up with me afterwards, to make sure that everything was working smoothly. I will definitely be coming back for my regular service and maintenance issues.

I’ve been to a lot of dealerships in my time but Empire CJDR is top notch. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile not, “Lord help me”. They have knowledge and they listen. The day I arrived for my service visit, Good Morning! Rang out. There don’t make you wait too long before checking you in which is nice. They stay in the loop with you with updates. It was a long morning but they addressed all my concerns and I drove away happy and my Jeep was safe to drive once again. I will definitely be back for service and in three years when I’m ready to upgrade!

Bree Lucente was my service manager. She went above and beyond expectations. She checked my truck for any other updates and recalls. Found one that wasn’t sent to me in mail or e mail. Informed me of what needed to be done and how long I would take. Kept in touch with texts while I waited. Evert got done in two hours or less. Can’t complain. And gave me complimentary car wash which I used near me in new Hyde park. All went exceptionally well
