Star was excellent.

Star was excellent. She was patient, knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy. She and Elvis worked with us to get to the price we were comfortable with. I truly appreciated the experience.

Cranston did a fabulous job with our oil change and tire

Cranston did a fabulous job with our oil change and tire rotation. He didn’t try and push any other options that were available, just sent a text that showed what was available. We keep coming back for our maintenance.

Jaime Rohlmeier did an outstanding job, not just taking care of me, but also scheduling the needs and concerns for my daughter for the following day. My daughter and I were treated like family. Jaime is an ASSET to Fred Haas Nissan Service Department. Service issue that was difficult to find/fix was but ultimately found. Service team kept me informed up to the point of pick up. From service advisor to cashier an excellent experience. I highly recommend Fred Haas Nissan.
