Service Writer Had Pity On Me
The service writer at Fred Haas Nissan in Tomball reduced my total charge from $558 to $375, when I explained to him that I did not intend to choose any service besides an oil change when I made my online appointment. I will pay closer attention to what I am ordering next time.

Lying and desperate to get you in.
I talked to Frank through txt for a nissan kicks S for about a whole week. he mentioned they have one just in. even took pictures to show me, but he tried to trick me by saying "the kicks is in" without letting me know it's not the same model that i was looking for. So i blieved him. And then he told me to go in for a test drink, while we are there he drove us around the parking lot acting like he can't find the car. And right then he started suggesting another car. We went straight to the question "Where is the Kicks S?" he then told us it's not in. We walked out right away. It was all a trick for us to go in. It was a waste of time and gas. Would never go there to purchase a car. Thanks for nothing BECAREFUL THEY WILL SHOW YOU PICTURES OF CARS JUST SO TO TRICK YOU TO GO IN.

Trustworthy Service
I was so impressed with the way Jimmy explained the additional work needed on my vehicle. He showed me the last time such maintenance had been performed and based his recommendations on that information. I didn’t feel like he was pushing unneeded services on me. He also walked me all the way out to my car and took care of payment at his desk instead of at the cashier's. All of these personal touches are the reasons why I enjoyed getting my car serviced at Nissan today. Oh, and the hot chocolate was quite yummy, too!
