My experience with Fred Haas Nissan for all of my vehicle
My experience with Fred Haas Nissan for all of my vehicle repair needs has always been great. My Service Advisor, Cranston Parrish, took great care of my service needs for my vehicle. He informed me of the service needed immediately as well as the other repair services needed, but immediately. He didn't pressure me in getting the suggested service, he only pointed out what could possibly happen. Cranston is a great Service Advisor and I am truly pleased with him as my Service Advisor. Cranston keeps you informed of your vehicle status from beginning to end. I also like the fact that Fred Haas provides shuttle service to take you home if you dont want to wait on your repairs to be done and also will pick you up from home when your vehicle is ready. I also like the Rewards Program Fred Haas has whereby you accumulate points each time you bring your vehicle in for service and you can apply those points to be used at the time you check out along with any Fred Haas service coupons. The waiting area is clean and pleasant. I really recommend this company for all your vehicle service needs.
