Our experience, Susan and me, was the best we have had when buying new cars for years. Walter Heigle certainly covers all the bases in a professional manner. He listened to our questions about the features on the 2021 Jeep Wrangler and explained each one so we could actually understand and remember. In fact, everyone at Moritz impressed me greatly. I will tell all my friends about Moritz dealership.

Overall good experience. Much fewer forced add ons (window tint/special tire air) than other dealers. Fairly quick work once you get to financing to sign.

Happy with Bryan going beyond to work with me. I feel the finance department was just after making sure they made something off the deal. A person with outstanding credit should not have to negotiate to get a decent finance rate. I still feel somewhat unsatisfied but went ahead and took it. I thought of walking but he came down to a decent rate.
