Good experience….

Good experience….would have liked deeper discount. Supply and demand is dictating higher prices at this time. I have purchased or leased over 10 vehicles from Freeman. Best in DFW.

I was there for 3 hours for oil change b/c they lost my

I was there for 3 hours for oil change b/c they lost my key. No one come to tell me about it until I asked what took so long. Luckily I have my spare key that day..

Was there for an oil change and tire rotation, got there

Was there for an oil change and tire rotation, got there at 725am…, didn’t leave til 10:15am…too long of a wait…!!!

This Dealership and Service Advisors know the meaning of

This Dealership and Service Advisors know the meaning of 5-Star Customer Service. Using technology to improve the customer experience via video from the Technician pointing out what was inspected and explanations is truly appreciated. On my last visit, I explained that I don't need more paper copies of the paperwork, and wished for an electronic version to save in my records. Steve, the Service Advisor, went Above and Beyond, by scanning and emailing me the version, which is a HUGE plus for me as I am 95% digital. May I suggest an upgrade in customer profile to include an Service Paperwork Email Option Opt-In which would also be a savings on printer related expenses and Go Green Initiative.

Hamza was very informative and patient with our many questions. I do feel the way features are added is more expensive for the customer than it was in the past where you chose what you wanted and it was not packages.

I took my care in to have a leaking seal fixed.

I took my care in to have a leaking seal fixed. A part was broken during the change out and everything was fixed. I did have to take it back because the seatbelt locked and was not usable, but it only took 15 minutes to fix that, no big deal. It was a bit disappointing that I had taken my car in for the 35,000 mile maintenance and had the wheels aligned in addition to that effort, at that point my tires were just fine. However, when my husband took the car back to have the seal replace (just two weeks later) the wheels needed to be aligned and we needed new tires! I was disappointed at the attempt to upsale unnecessary work.

Great dealer.

Great dealer. I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Freeman. The service department is very good, usually have me in and out in about an hour for routine service!
