My experience did not start off as expected. When I walked in I was caught off guard by no one greeting me and I had to ask the receptionist to interrupt a group of salesmen to help me. Ended up working in my favor as my salesman Maverick was phenomenal. It was meant to be as I also go by Maverick. He was with me every step of the way, answered all my questions when I found my new to me used car. He made the paperwork process seamless and I only had to go back to the dealership once to sign the paperwork. The finance guy was very personable and walked me through the warranty options thoroughly. I love my C-HR and as someone who gets very anxious with car buying I would highly recommend Maverick to anyone.
