A+ On Purchasing my New Truck

Purchase a 2016 Ram 1500 and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The salesman Tony was great and very friendly! I will definitely recommend anyone I know looking for a vehicle to give Central a visit!

Quick, easy and painless

I went to Central in Norwood for a check engine light and water leak issue. The servisor advisor, Shawn, greeted me with the up most respect and courtesy, even though it was late in the day. He took time to explained how my aftermarket warranty will work for me and the worst case scenario if they don't. He kept me apdated through the whole process while my vehicle was in the dealership and that means a great deal for me. The automotive technician, Eli, is a great professional. When I have my vehicle serviced, many times I can noticed where the technician has worked on. But with Eli, I had to look deep see where he was working on. My vehicle was returned to me cleaned with no fingerprints or grease marks any where. I would recommend both Shawn and Eli to anyone.

Moderate

Service took longer than I was told. I pulled up for service and no one was there to greet me. I had to leave my car and go inside to tell them I had an appointment. I went there during the weekearly morning because my “changr of oil is required” light was on and they turned me away. I had purchased and leased with Honda in the past and the service with Honda was always great I been discouraged with jeep service.

Made it so easy!

I was dreading going in to renew my lease and get a new Jeep as I have had bad experiences in the past but Mijie was great! She listened to exactly what I wanted and didn't pressure me into more expensive options or packages. She laid everything out clearly and was very helpful. Everyone was so friendly!

Excellent Service

The dealership is located at convenient location and it is easy to talk with service representative regarding any car issues. They patiently explained me all the options and fixes for the car. Overall it has been a wonderful experience from me.

Service was awesome

Went for an oil change-recall and tire change. Got right in. They walked me over to the restaurant and I sat there for about an hour and then Lisa texted me and Johannah got me out the door right away. Service with a smile.
