Terrible Service.
They take a car all day and then tell you they don't have the time to fix it. I live 6 mins away from the dealership and now am driving 45 mins to get real service.

I recommend this dealership! Car purchased: Mazda3 sGrand Touring pre-owned Sales consultant: Mark Weisman Financing: Own, not from the dealership These people are awesome! I got my pre-owned Mazda3 here. No hassle! I must say I got a pretty great deal! As soon as we entered the dealership, Mr. Mark Weisman was happy to greet us and help! Mark is like this sweet grandfather sorts! He even gave me a hug after I made the purchase, haha! Since it's a pre-owned car, he brought in User Car Manager, Mr. Dean Mazzola to explain what is it that I am purchasing. Dean patiently explained everything about the vehicle which was helpful. Before I went into the showroom I was 50-50 about the purchase, but after meeting them I decided to go ahead and buy! I got my car with plates and vehicle inspection sticker right on the time promised! I would recommend this dealership to a friend!

The sales person was poor and not resonable
I was looking for a Jeep. But the sales person was trying to sell me a used jeep at almost twice the blue book value. When I confronted him about the unreasonably high price I was told my numbers were not correct and the price was not negotiable.

Good but not great, especially on follow up...
I purchased a Dodge Durango in May 2016, the purchase of the vehicle was great, smooth, fast, and I got a great price first. My issue is when I noticed a dent on the roof that was clearly caused prior to delivery, the dealership gave me the run around to get it fixed. They had me drive to the dealership to take photos, then they had me drive to another dealership location to have photos, then i got the "we are really busy, but i will submit it next week, then the following week I got the same story. After 2 months of getting the run around i went to Elmwood Dodge in RI, and they were AWESOME! Clearly Central was happy to make the sale, but clearly not willing to ensure the customer was pleased with the vehicle. A quota is a quota, and an unhappy customer is well not coming back!

We had a great experience at Central Chrysler! Matt Murmello really listened to what we were looking for in a car and within our price range. He was very transparent with regard to what were options and in the end, we turned in our minivan and leased a Jeep Compass, which is TOTALLY AWESOME! Very satisfied!!
Worth the visit-no sales pressure to buy a car. I only have 2 items I had to address and they were handled right away. I had 1 new part that had to be replaced and was ordered on delivery and 2 extra concerns that were left with the service department which I hope will be fixed and accepted by me. After this is fixed my rating will be so high for this dealership because they will have gone way beyond the expected service for their vehicles. If they treat everyone the way they have treated me then they should get a great rating from Dodge. Come this Tuesday the 19th of July or whenever they fix my Dodge Dart- They will get another great rating from me.
