The entire experience was the best I have had in

The entire experience was the best I have had in purchasing a new vehicle. Non-pushy, no burdensome repeat calls, no nonsense runaround. Just initial polite call and follow-up call that vehicle was in. Tracy Allen is exceptional. The Finance Manager, Loren was very polite, straightforward and honest. This was the quickest I have experienced. I spent over six hours in a Ford dealership purchasing a new vehicle. Jeff Hunter Toyota is by far the best dealership experience. They have earned my business.

Delivered car to my home with 12k miles more than the

Delivered car to my home with 12k miles more than the actual miles on car. This place lied and I informed them and they basically said too bad it was an oversight. My buyers order has 75 k miles an it was 89 actual. Pretty bad business.

If you’re considering doing business with Jeff Hunter

If you’re considering doing business with Jeff Hunter Toyota, think twice especially if you value honesty, accountability, or being treated with basic respect as a paying customer. I’ve been a loyal Toyota owner, with five vehicles currently in my household, two purchased directly from Jeff Hunter Toyota, along with extended service contracts and full tire packages for each one. For 2 decades, I’ve had all my service done at this dealership. That loyalty clearly meant nothing when I recently experienced one of the most bizarre and unprofessional interactions I’ve ever had with a business under their new ownership and management. During a routine oil change, their team diagnosed a power steering pump leak on my 2016 Tacoma. I was told it needed replacing and was even sent a targeted coupon for that exact repair. Based on their own advice, I brought my vehicle in for the fix. Hours later, I get a call saying there’s now “no leak”, no explanation, no accountability. And yet, I was still charged $189.88 for a diagnostic fee I never agreed to and should never have been responsible for. Oh, and the charge appeared twice on my credit card. So let me get this straight: 1. Your techs diagnose a problem. 2. You upsell me a repair. 3. Then you say the issue doesn’t exist. 4. And I’m still expected to pay for it, twice? After pushing for a refund (which I had to fight for), I received a petty, retaliatory response from the Service Manager, Adam Schwarz, telling me I would need to “take my vehicles elsewhere from now on.” No apology. No professionalism. Just punishment for daring to hold them accountable for their mistake. Apparently, Jeff Hunter Toyota’s idea of customer service is: if you question us, we blacklist you. To top it off, they tried to suggest I can no longer bring any of my vehicles in, not even for ToyotaCare service on my brand-new 2025 Camry, which is prepaid factory maintenance and something they are obligated to honor as the local Toyota dealer. If they try to deny that, I’ll be taking it directly to Toyota corporate. If this is how they treat customers who’ve given them thousands of dollars in business over the years, imagine how they’ll treat someone walking in for the first time. Save yourself the time, the money, and the headache. There are plenty of Toyota dealers out there, go to one that values integrity, not one that punishes you for their own incompetence. —S. Anderson.
