Everyone I worked with at Volvo was SO NICE. Dominick DiFalco was my salesman, and Ashley Middleton assisted as well. They made the experience extremely enjoyable, as did all the other people (manager, finance guy, etc) that I interacted with. The new sales floor is GORGEOUS also.

Buying a car from Bridgewater Volvo and specifically Dominick could not have been a better experience. Dominick was patient, professional and always the gentleman to me and my wife We were able to work only Dominic instead of getting passed around to various people as we have encountered at other dealerships. Once we identified the car, color and all the extras we wanted, Dominick and his team were able to locate the car for us within two days. The paperwork experience was smooth with very little pressure throughout. When we came to pickup the car, Dominick brought us flowers, wine and more importantly a toy for our puppy. Dominick has followed-up with us numerous times to see if we had any questions. If you are looking for a car, I would without hesitation recommend Bridgewater Volvo and specifically Dominick.

I was looking to lease my first car and went into Bridgewater Volvo to look at the 2018 XC60. Dominick approached us and took us for a test drive and told us everything we needed to know about the vehicle. He didn't pressure us one bit. It was a great first experience leasing my first car! I originally started my search a couple of months before I was actually ready to purchase my new car. I met Dominick and spoke to him about what I was looking to purchase. He took the time to explain my different options at the time. Dominick never pressured me. I came back several times more to look and drive the vehicle. Dominick never made me feel as though I was bothering him. He would always call a day or two later and ask if I had any questions. When it finally came to buy the car, Dominick did everything possible to get me the best deal. On delivery day he gave my daughter flowers, which made her day. He took the time to go over just about every feature in the car with me. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Dominick was great!! Everyone I talk to about the car I rave about the service he provided. Dominick Difalco is one of the most professional and knowledgeable car dealers I have come across. He followed up from day one trying to make our experience the best. He knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us find it at the best price. He made our purchase great and was very patient going through all the car's details and explaining how everything worked. Recently we made a choice to lease my son a new Volvo XC60 as he wanted a new Volvo as his first car. We purchased our first Volvo this past Saturday at Bridgewater and couldn't have been more satisfied with the whole experience. Dominick was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable, courteous and kept the communication open. He's even called to check up on us a few days after our purchase to make sure everything was going ok. We never felt pressured and there were no gimmicks. Steve was our business manager. He was also very knowledgeable and straight forward when we finalized the sale.
