A. Purchased a $57k car. Put $41k down with credit score
A. Purchased a $57k car. Put $41k down with credit score of 857 (close to be excellence) and they gave me 6.84% interest (the financial dude told me that I was on the top tier). I later found that the dealership has jacked up 2% the interest rate. Cheap profits. B. Salesman didn't respond back to me after purchased, 2 messages sent, he didn't respond until I contacted the manager. C. None of them follow up after the sell, even though I expressed some concerns about the brake issues. D. I made a wrong choice of buying a car here. E. Stay away if you don't want to be screwed like me!

I had a 9 am appointment for regular service.
I had a 9 am appointment for regular service. I got an oil change, wheel alignment and tire rotation. I got an inspection sticker and car wash. It took over 4 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. Stop overscheding customers. These cars tell you what service is due. The automated system messaged me about the service. You can do better.
