A. Purchased a $57k car. Put $41k down with credit score

A. Purchased a $57k car. Put $41k down with credit score of 857 (close to be excellence) and they gave me 6.84% interest (the financial dude told me that I was on the top tier). I later found that the dealership has jacked up 2% the interest rate. Cheap profits. B. Salesman didn't respond back to me after purchased, 2 messages sent, he didn't respond until I contacted the manager. C. None of them follow up after the sell, even though I expressed some concerns about the brake issues. D. I made a wrong choice of buying a car here. E. Stay away if you don't want to be screwed like me!

I had a 9 am appointment for regular service.

I had a 9 am appointment for regular service. I got an oil change, wheel alignment and tire rotation. I got an inspection sticker and car wash. It took over 4 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. Stop overscheding customers. These cars tell you what service is due. The automated system messaged me about the service. You can do better.

The representative made me feel as if he cared about my

The representative made me feel as if he cared about my car as much as I did. Very convenient scheduling process. Loved the video analysis. Rep stayed in contact entire time my car was in their possession. I will always take my Beamer to Midtown.
