WOW, this was hands down the best auto purchase experience that I have ever had !!!. Yesterday was our 40th wedding anniversary and I had planed to surprise my wife with a white Range Rover at midnight. I met RAMY GHUNEIM Tuesday morning at Car EX Auto Sales and he was just amazing, he allowed me to try a couple of Range Rovers before I made my decision. He was very honest in pointing out all features and qualities of either one of them. My Credit Union screwed up all my planing by sending the paperwork too late, but RAMI told me "Do not worry, I would do what ever it takes to deliver that car before midnight". He was at home already and after 8:00pm the transporter had not shown up yet, well, he went to dealership again contacted another transporter, waited until they came, loaded the Range Rover and then late that night he went back home. The Range Rover arrived just before midnight as promised and my wife had the best surprise ever thanks to RAMI. He not only sold me a nice car, but he gain a friend. So if you have not had that one of a kind customer service, go to Car Ex Auto Sales and ask for RAMI GHUNEIM. I used to own auto repair services, and I think that I am qualified enough to recognize excellent customer service when I see one, in my opinion if you check the definition of customer service in the dictionary, you will find two words only to define it "RAMI GHUNEIM" Ricardo A. Excellent service! Flew down to Houston TX from New Hampshire to look at a truck. The dealership was very honest and forthcoming. Had nothing to hide. They even gave the truck a once over and an oil change to prepare me for the 2100 Mile road trip back. I would do business with them again....😁. Very happy! The buying process was very quick and painless.

Great experience! The guys there were very helpful and honest. They held a truck for me. I flew down from NH. Test drove/bought the truck and drove it back home; 2100miles. No issues. Great price! Would recommend.

I can not speak highly of the level of service and professionalism at this establishment. I came to see the finance manager Rami two years ago and we build a great business relationship and and I have purchased now 3 vehicles from them. Rami has always been extremely accommodating, very professional and flexible with me. He has gone over and above in every way to make sure all of my needs have been met. Recently my family grew again and we needed a vehicle with a third row and Rami had excellent customer service and follow up and found me an awesome car that my family is enjoying. Salesman named "Tim " helped me from time I walked in the door. I was asked what I was looking for in a vehicle and was escorted to what was available on the lot. No pressure and good conversation made this experience great. I didn't buy anything but I will stop buy in the future to possibly make a deal.

I have recently purchased a vehicle for my son 2014 Chevrolet Camaro. The car was in excellent condition and the dealer my mechanic to check it out. Everything was great and the car checked out perfect. The dealer has the cat detailed and ready to go for us. It was easy as quick. The finance manager was so helpful and friendly.
