Excellent service on my tire rotation. Southwest Lexus always does a great job. I like going to the dealership because you don?t know if you service your car anywhere else that place may not exist if you need to go back for whatever issues .

Excellent experience. I have veen taking my car to the service center for car maintenance for over two years. I am always treated with respect and my concerns are handled efficiently.

The service is always impeccable. The time not so much. My service advisor told me I’d be out of there in an hour or an hour and a half. I was there 3 1/2 hours. If he had told me in the beginning the true estimated time it would be no issue.

Took my vehicle to get serviced and while it was being serviced my window was scratched in the process along with the trim on the window. I dropped my vehicle off on a Wednesday and didn’t get a call back until the following Friday of the next week. I really do feel like the people who work in the service department xx you. Would not go back to this location ever again.
