Lexus of Southwest Houston always provides excellent service for all of your vehicle needs. My service technician, Mirra Nazal always provides exceptional service and gives you prompt status updates. I love the update provided by the actual technician as he’s working on your vehicle showing you exactly what is being done and letting you see any issues that need to be looked at. The service lounge always has a comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend this dealership for all of your service needs. They are AWESOME!

Everyone at the dealership on Southwest Freeway is so helpful, without seeming fake about it. From Ashley who was my primary contact, to the gentleman behind the counter who gave me peanut butter cookies to quell hunger, to the young man who scraped the 2025 sticker off my car, to the gentlemen (Cris & Corday) I spoke to about the end of my lease coming up and getting another car. It really does seem as if everyone is part of a team… no drama, just good people doing excellent work.
