They are professionals, explain things that I can understand , knowledgeable and very pleasant. My advisor, Mr. Jose Gutierrez, excellente was always letting me know and keeping me informed of what was going on at all times. He also took care of me when they had to lent me a car. They needed to take care of something that would take longer. It just took for me to go and pick it up following day. My car and me are back at my house. And very happy that as usual running top form again.

I went to Lexus because I had a tire blowout and it was completely covered under my tire and rim warranty. I went ahead and got the other tire changed out and also my break job done and it was reasonable price and every step of the way Cody, who was my service manager today stayed in contact with me. I love Lexus and completely recommend their services.

Great service but costs for service have increased to an absolute insane level over the last few years. May have to look for other service options in the future.
