Service tech, Steven, was very pleasant to deal with and listened to my issues and concern. Brought in the Technology Specialist, Gabriel, to answer all my questions with the electronics and demonstrate how to use them. Then he had my car checked out and found out what needed to be repaired now and what I needed to watch. The repairs took a little longer than expcted but Steven kept me updated. Everything went well.

I was very happy with my 2019 RX 350 with 6 years extended warranty. My car was trouble free with recommended regular maintenance carried out by Lexus South West.
