Went to Lexus and was greeted by the supervisor. He then hooked me up with Steven Silva. Steven was so professional and welcoming. Making my car process easy. I was able to relax and unwind while he kept me updated on what the issue was with my car. No extra fees and hidden surprises. I am pleased and so glad I chose to go there.

My repair consultant kept me updated and was knowledgeable, courteous. He informed me when .my a Car was ready He remembered, when I drove up he thanked me for using that dealership.

My experience is always a pleasant one with either of the advisor that is assigned to and today it was Jose. I told him that I had to be at work for 10:00am and he got me out on time.

I had a great experience. They were very attentive and made sure I had access to transportation and snacks while I waited. They fully inspected my car and made the necessary repairs.

I love the update provided by the actual technician as he’s working on your vehicle showing you exactly what is being done and letting you see any issues that need to be looked at. The service lounge always has a comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend this dealership for all of your service needs. They are AWESOME!

Everyone at the dealership on Southwest Freeway is so helpful, without seeming fake about it. From Ashley who was my primary contact, to the gentleman behind the counter who gave me peanut butter cookies to quell hunger, to the young man who scraped the 2025 sticker off my car, to the gentlemen (Cris & Corday) I spoke to about the end of my lease coming up and getting another car. It really does seem as if everyone is part of a team… no drama, just good people doing excellent work.
