Other than a 3+ hour wait with an appointment for an oil change, everything was good. They were very accommodating and provided an Uber to take me home while I waited on my car.

The staff is friendly. The waiting area is clean and inviting with complimentary coffees, soft drinks, and snacks. Free WiFi is provided. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner.

My service advisor, Jean-Philippe Laurenceau, was very professional, and he made me feel like I was his only customer. He explained the entire process to me and was very patient with me. Because of his palpable experience with customer support, he was able to answer my questions with confidence and surety. He made sure that my wait time was comfortable and accommodating. The other young men who were part of the team were also very courteous and friendly.

Received an email offering a 10 point service including an oil change for $219+ plus by arranging it on line a 10% discount. Disappointingly the bill was $252.11. Which I could not rationalize.
