They take good care of you from the minute you drive up to the minute they present your car back to you. I love how the service advisors keep you inform and thoroughly explain the what, how, where, and why of my vehicle needs. Today, Stephanie took care of me and indeed she did! As my previous advisor, Stephanie also provide superb service. I highly this dealership abd it's service department. Happy and satisfied customer!

Excellent service on my tire rotation. Southwest Lexus always does a great job. I like going to the dealership because you don?t know if you service your car anywhere else that place may not exist if you need to go back for whatever issues .
