Bought a new IS 350 and the side door came with defects. The speaker seemed to be loose and after them servicing a new car 4 times they told me to call a number because they could not do anything.

I had an appointment on Thursday July 2, 2026 at 2:00 pm, I arrived at 1:50 pm, for oil & filter change. I ended up waiting for two hours and 45 minutes to get back the vehicle. I received a text that my vehicle was inspected at 3:29 pm, as I watched the video they sent me, I saw the blue funnel on my engine block which means they are doing the oil change while doing the inspection. I got the vehicle at 4:45. I am confused why it took so long to get back the vehicle, since I got the update at 3:29 and when I received the vehicle the inside was hot, as if staying in the sun for a long time.

My service advisor, Stephanie was friendly and helpful. She did not try to upsell me on anything, and addressed an underlying issue regarding the reason I came in. I took one star off because I was charged full price, despite booking for the $119 deal online; however, I felt the amount I was charged for their assistance in fixing the underlying issue was an excellent deal and felt the overall price I paid for total services rendered was an amazing value.

Wonderful customer service as always! My service technician Steven Silva is always so welcoming, helpful and informative. He excels at customer service. They also vacuumed my backseat with the complimentary car wash - was a wonderful bonus and surprise as it was much needed with having 2 dogs!!
