I recently purchased a new Lexus TX from Lexus Southwest Houston, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. My sales associate, Jerry Chen, was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient throughout the entire process. Communication was always smooth and straightforward. She listened to what I was looking for and never made me feel pressured to buy something I didn?t want. Unlike some dealerships where you spend hours negotiating or dealing with unnecessary sales tactics, everything here was transparent, efficient, and respectful. Jerry answered all of my questions honestly and made the entire purchasing process easy and enjoyable. From choosing the right vehicle to completing the paperwork and taking delivery, everything went seamlessly. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and professionalism. Good service by my saleman. The only thing I am not happy with the license plate frame. Instead of Sterling Mc Call Lexus., I have a frame from group 1
