I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership?s service department. My service advisor was extremely rude, unprofessional, and had a poor attitude from the moment I arrived. Throughout the service process, I received absolutely no communication. No one called to let me know when my car was ready, and I had to call several times myself just to get an update. To make matters worse, no one answered the phone. I even requested to switch to a different advisor due to the poor treatment, but my request was completely ignored. When I finally picked up my car, nobody explained what work had been performed or reviewed the service with me. On top of that, I had to wait approximately 40 minutes for valet to bring my car around. This entire experience reflects poor communication, poor customer service, and poor business management. I will definitely be reaching out to Lexus Corporate regarding this matter, as this level of service is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards I expect from the Lexus brand.

I drove to Houston from another town, for a family event and next day noticed low tire pressure and took vehicle to this dealership - they were truly extremely busy - I had no appointment as it kinda happened as an emergency - i was in and out in less than 30 min , and received text update in 10-15 min and tire was replaced car ready in less than 90 min! I cannot thank the team enough for this outstanding work they are doing- great work - keep going . My special gratitude to Kevin Martinez-you are the best! You exhibit very high level of professionalism, God bless you

While it too little longer than I had hoped, my advisor Stephanie went above and beyond by noticing their was a recall On my car and had that recall done. Thank u Stephanie
