Lexus service is a big part of the reason I am on my fourth Lexus and my husband is on his second. Their service department is exceptional, and we love having Kevin as a service advisor.

Clean, efficient, friendly,...FINALLY! There were some challenges before, but things appear corrected. I finally have a fantastic service advisor too.
