I moved from Albany,NY to Houston and come to this dealership for my car's maintenance and service. They are really topnotch. They noticed a windshield chip during the service. They contacted my insurance and repaired it right away without me paying an anything out of my pocket.

Van, my salesperson, was great. I think he went up and beyond to make sure my wife was happy with the purchase. The facility was very clean and maintained. Overall everyone is came in contact with was very pleasant. Nice job, keep it going!!!!

Had to get new tire which was under warranty. When picked up vehicle tire sensor light was on. They said they gave it test drive for 3 miles. If u drove 3 miles u would have seen sensor lights on. So haven't had car a year bought certified and each time for service they something is needed. They had to replace battery. Said I needed transmission flushed for over $700 and this time I needed a belt replaced. Ar certified why wasn't this done when purchased. Makes me wonder if you are doing what you need to be doing or wait u t complimentary service expires so next time I will have e to pay. Was told 2 times the tire was replaced. Why was I told the first time it was replaced and if so why did u replace again.
