Repair was done for 20% less than quote. The parts department found all of the parts for the repair on a 2005 model for most of the savings.

I had an excellent experience purchasing a new Lexus NX450 at SW Lexus. Our salesperson Syed Ahmed was extremely polite, patient, and knowledgeable. He made my mom (who tends to stress out) feel comfortable. Syed was the real MVP! I would not hesitate in buying another car/referring friends and family to Syed at SW Lexus.
