Jeffrey, our service advisor was amazing. Very knowledgeable and patient. Set up our loaner car and made sure we are situated right. On time with feedbacks. The facility is clean.

Lexus of Southwest Houston isexcellent in service, workmanship, hospitality, and customer service. They take good care of you from the minute you drive up to the minute they present your car back to you. I love how the service advisors keep you inform and thoroughly explain the what, how, where, and why of my vehicle needs. Today, Stephanie took care of me and indeed she did! As my previous advisor, Stephanie also provide superb service. I highly this dealership abd it's service department. Happy and satisfied customer!

Very friendly staff and environment. I usually contact Ms Udall to inform her about my service intentions, but was not available at the time. She reached out to another colleague of hers, who jumped on my project and took care of it. Great folks out there..

I have been going to the service center and consistently receive excellent service and support for maintenance and any repairs needed. My service manager, Hunter B., listens attentively, is respectful and helps me understand the processes. I appreciate him all he does to help me.

Routine oil/filter change and tire rotation. They had a few more recommendations, but no high pressure for me to get them done that same day..
