I went in for service and after a short wait everything went excellently. Hans was fantastic and very helpful in a tough situation. He went above and beyond in ensuring my needs were met and was able to get Body repair manager to interrupt his lunch to help arrive at a perfect solution. The Body repair Manager was also fantastic in leaving his lunch to help very graciously. Super job by all involved.

Our service person, Jon, was extremely excellent, Courteous, Friendly, helpful. Strongly recommend him. Very knowledgeable. The repairs would take two days and Jon set us up with a loaner car, very nice.

Sterling McCall Lexus never disappoints. Their service is exceptional. Been going there since 2016 and always do a great job. Cars come back feeling like new and their advisors are great. Especially Marlon who has been a great advisor. Their service prices are reasonable compared to other dealers and even tire changes, I?ve found them comparable to Discount Tire and Costco. As long as I buy Lexus, I?ll only go there.

Car had a scratch. Paid 150 for buffing, which is a lot for that, still was not satisfy after paying that amount. Not happy with the work.
