I experienced a tire blew out. I brought it in the same day and was able to get two tires replaced. While at the dealership my key fob battery died and it was easily replaced without charge. Though it was not the day I planned, I highly appreciate Jose (tire specialist) for helping me and being so kind to allow me to use a loaner, as I recently had surgery and wanted to return home to rest while my car was being repaired.
