Just nice place to wait for service. The service rep Josh always explain everything with enough details. The wait time is comfortable as well . So I do not mind to wait a bit.

When I bought Lexus RX 350 in 2020 from Sterling McCall Lexus. I bought 4 years extended warranty as well. In 2026 June, due to a small engine oil leaks, Lexus South West Houston, replaced cam cradle sealant free of charge. This is an expensive and extensive repair. Thank you Lexus for trouble free repair. I was given a loaner car for 7 days. The car function much better after repair.
