Great customer service with Matt. My reservation was lost somehow but Matt got me taken care of. I was at the dealership for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. A complementary car was done but could?ve been better.

I get great service at Lexus Southwest. My service manager, Kevin B is always instrumental in getting everything done in a timely manner. They have an excellent communication system to keep me informed about my car.

Service is great and done in a sufficient amount of time. Josh my service rep kept me informed of the status of my vehicle and even helped me locate the button in my vehicle that cuts the light on when you open the car door. It?s also nice to be able to come in on early Saturdays mornings as they offer an omelette station, snacks, coffee, etc. Great customer service all away around.
