Avoid using Kevin Bauyer as a Service Advisor. Very combative when asking simple questions about the vehicle and process of service when automated system was down. Unprofessional and horrible customer service. The only reason the overall rating wasn?t a 1 is because the manager did apologize on his behalf and provided me with information of a better service advisor in the future. He was accommodating as well!

I brought my car in for service and has an exceptional experience. My service advisor, Jeff made sure that all issues were discussed with me and services were performed as expected. I will definitely be back for any future service needed in my car. Please make sure that Jeff goes no where as he is a gem to your brand.

I love Lexus sterling mccall. They are are cordial and receptive to their customers. Kelly was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my car. They are very timely on the repairs. They work quickly and make you very comfortable while you wait. They are top rate repair and customer service.

I’ve purchased my last three vehicles from Lexus Southwest, and that says a lot about the overall experience here. It’s not just the sales team that keeps me coming back, the service department is a major reason as well. I’ve been working with service advisor Jose Gutierrez for the past few years, and I really appreciate his professionalism, friendliness, and the way he takes the time to fully understand my concerns and make sure everything is handled properly.
