the process was easy and hassle free. I see why Lexus has som much repeat business. Our salesman Jimmy Olguine was eaplained everything before, during and after the process. I had car dealers for clients fo over 15 years. and this experiences was the best I have had.

At the time of taking appointment, I had clearly mentioned that I needed oil change. The dealer did not do the oil change but tire rotation only. Very disappointing. Also, it took a long time for the car to be brought out for delivery after the payment. No apologies for that.
