Good service by my saleman. The only thing I am not happy with the license plate frame. Instead of Sterling Mc Call Lexus., I have a frame from group 1

Service consultant Jeffrey Peel is excellent. Good attitude, and good customer's interaction, a personable person. He also exhibit some professional flexibility accommodating my warranty service.

I waited less than the amount of time predicted and checked out very efficiently. My representative, Steven did an excellent job of keeping me informed along the way. It is my first appointment for my first Lexus and I was VERY impressed.

Greeted politely by Randy, and service was excellent. Treated like a queen and left with a washed car inside and out. Topping it off was valet service to an air conditioned location. Timing was perfect!
