Hans Schackmann was awesome! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and considerate throughout the entire experience. He even offered to show my son some cars next visit because he is a huge car enthusiast. We were very grateful for his kindness, patience, and expertise. Hans went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable, and we truly appreciate the excellent service he provided. For a shorter version: Hans Schackmann was awesome! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and considerate. He even offered to show my son some cars, and my son is a huge car enthusiast. We are very grateful for his kindness and expertise. Excellent service!

The dealership scheduled my visit for 9 a.m. and I was greeted at that time. The approximate time to have my service completed was off by only a few minutes. The representative who helped me was very courteous.

Overall bad attitude for Lexus quality & longevity is totally missing. Not possible to keep my pristine car maintained any longer at the dealer it was purchased from. Attitude is everything?.
