Made a last minute appointment. Showed up at the exact moment of my appointment. And was immediately greeted. Service took a while. But was expecting that. Kevin was quick and courteous.

Service Advisor Hans Schackmann gave excellent customers service from the time I get to the dealership to leaving the dealership. Thorough inspection of my vehicle and oil change service. Highly recommend Hans taking care of anyone who steps into this Lexus dealership

Always timely, and courteous service with Matt Torres at Lexus Southwest. Service explanations provided during appointment and at completion. Lexus Southwest continues to provide excellent service.

The service was excellent, and my car was in and out within one day. They replaced a windshield and recalibrated it and also handle all of the insurance details for me.

Service is generally good and nice staff. I was in for a recall on the backup camera. Emailed service advisor and was able to quickly get me in

Avoid using Kevin Bauyer as a Service Advisor. Very combative when asking simple questions about the vehicle and process of service when automated system was down. Unprofessional and horrible customer service. The only reason the overall rating wasn?t a 1 is because the manager did apologize on his behalf and provided me with information of a better service advisor in the future. He was accommodating as well!
