My service representative Kevin was awesome keeping up to date. And the service was in and out

Chet was awesome. We went to purchase a certified Preowned and we left with a brand new 5 mile vehicle. Finance was a bit slow, but it was a busy Saturday.

Car had a scratch. Paid 150 for buffing, which is a lot for that, still was not satisfy after paying that amount. Not happy with the work.

Service advisor Stephanie is really sweet. I got my car in for oil change. Only thing is even with appointment it took them 2 hours. The waiting room was full! Maybe next time I ask when it?s not busy lol.

The wait time for a state inspection is excessive. The car wash is out of order more often than not.

Went home , stopped by Sam?s Club, I closed the car door. Then I found out the car had strips of white greasy smears on the black front door gasket and a little on the side of front seat. Greasy smears also on the gear shifts platform and inside the door handle areas. Some white sticky white stuff also at the rear door . I used wet paper to clean it . Not effective. I went back to the Lexus and the advisor drove the car out and told me he personally used degrease to clean it. I toke the car for my wife to Lexus and did not want to hear from her that the car has so much white greasy smears

I am very happy this time. Hunter my adviser, he was very professional and treat me with respect. He new my car history, was quick and did his job well. Thank you
