Had to get new tire which was under warranty. When picked up vehicle tire sensor light was on. They said they gave it test drive for 3 miles. If u drove 3 miles u would have seen sensor lights on. So haven't had car a year bought certified and each time for service they something is needed. They had to replace battery. Said I needed transmission flushed for over $700 and this time I needed a belt replaced. Ar certified why wasn't this done when purchased. Makes me wonder if you are doing what you need to be doing or wait u t complimentary service expires so next time I will have e to pay. Was told 2 times the tire was replaced. Why was I told the first time it was replaced and if so why did u replace again.

My service advisor Randy Lemp is an excellent advisor. He tool time in explaining repairs on my car. I worked with him first time after Nathenial moved to Parts. I had great experience.

Everyone was very professional and knew their job very well. Josh was very polite and courteous. The facility where you wait was very well equipped to service everyone.

Hans Schackmann was awesome! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and considerate throughout the entire experience. He even offered to show my son some cars next visit because he is a huge car enthusiast. We were very grateful for his kindness, patience, and expertise. Hans went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable, and we truly appreciate the excellent service he provided. For a shorter version: Hans Schackmann was awesome! Had a flat tire repaired. Great service. Love how quick they are able to fit me into the day with a last minute notice. Would highly recommend.
