If you've ever had a bad experience buying from a terrible car salesman-this experience will be the exact opposite. It was the most relaxed transaction we've had in a long time! He also willing gave us the numbers and a firm out the door price.

On April 25,2018 myself and my Wife visited Turner Auto to look at a used truck that he had for sale. I informed him that I was interested in the vehicle and that I would be putting down 7500.00 hundred dollars as down payment and Finance the remainder of the cost of the vehicle. Nathan stated ok and that he could get it Financed for me. the next day he contacted me and stated that he had me financed and for me to come to the dealership on Saturday April 28,2018 to sign the papers. well when I arrived he then informed me that someone walked up and offered him cash money and sold it to them. The only true thing that bothers me is that he stated that he is all about the customer, well sir if that was the case you would have kept to your word and verbal commitment of the sale of the vehicle. and I know nothing will come of this review but it bothers me the way I was treated in the process and with his demeanor in his business professionalism .

Found truck online and called to verify availability. Talked to Nathan, owner, of Turner Auto Zone. Very friendly and no pressure. Went to see truck next morning and bought it. Again, no pressure and he negotiated a lower % rate to meet my needs. Would definitely buy from again and have him now looking for a specific truck for my son.

No complaints with my purchase. There customer satisfaction was top notch. I live in Columbus and they willingly brought the vehicle to me. I've had no issues to date with the vehicle and would recommend them to others looking for a reputable sale. Thanks
