Rick at my car was so freakin rude on the phone I would not recommend anyone goto this place with customer service like that you would think the sales people would be more willing to make money than to run off customers you all need better SALESPEOPLE

Complete BAIT and SWITCH, they lied to me I'm two hours away from them , they said 1000 u can drive away guaranteed. Get there, nope they lie and are scamming people for 30-40% down leaving you in the dark with no information on anything not even the amount of the loan or car, they are the worst company I've ever dealt with. I would never recommend buying from here, read reviews and do your research!

Worst business dealers l ever encountered. I was approved after they ran my credit but they wouldn't tell me the amount they kept picking the cars they wanted to sell me and they don't have prices of the cars on them so you have no idea what your price range is. While l was waiting 3 customers who just purchased vehicles from them called because issues they was having with the cars they just bought.

I'm so thankful I went to My Car. I'm a single Mom so I was really worried about having to finance a vehicle, but Rick helped me out so much and looked out for me. I'll be telling everyone about My Car and Rick!!!

I went to the lot and left with a great car. I had a few hiccups that were not taken lightly by the company. They really.make sure they take care of you and any problems that may appear. Great cars and people. Can ask for anything better

Worst car buying experience ever! This place will cheat, rob and do you wrong once you drive off there lot! Do not trust anyone in that place. They will not honor what they say when it comes to repairs of vehicle you buy that was broke when closing the sale.
