Great service

Gerald Nissan is the only place that I feel no one is trying to up charge me. The staff are professional and nice. Mark Jillich is awesome.

Bad sales visit

Visited this Naperville location recently, I was trying to shop for my next car, the visit was very disappointing Sales people including the manager were very aggressive they did not let me check the car on the floor citing insurance liability issue I thought that's why we have car showrooms to check the floor model. I am not the first time car buyer and have owned several cars from decades. BTW, on the same day I visit many other car dealerships none have this problem, in fact most of them where very nice and polite and showed their car models happily. After horrible & humiliating experience at this dealership I have decided to never visit this place again.

best service dept

Always a pleasure. Service dept are so friendly and knowledgeable. I almost always deal with Anthony and he is the reason I take both my cars there. He rocks. Give him a big raise. He deserves it

First time w Nissan

That was my first-time experience with Gerald Nissan. Used to have Subaru from Gerald before, just decided to give it a try for Murano this time. Brad was my sales person. Great experience, no hassle, easy communication process, very polite.
