This has been a terrible experience. We had a recall on our 2016 Dodge so I called the dealership in Hanford which is closest to us and told them that my 2016 Dodge 5 ton work truck needed to come in for a recall for a catalytic converter. They said no problem bring it in Wednesday and that it would be done that day by evening. This shop is 60 miles from our house so we took two vehicles. Once there they they were worried about its size but said it would take 2 days and would not be ready till Friday afternoon, so we asked them to look at the front end also because I felt that something was loose and causing a vibration. They were to check it out and give me a call, but no call ever came. In fact I made at least 15 phone calls over several days each sending me to the service department where no one ever picked up and the mailbox was full so I could not leave a message. Trying to get a hold of anyone for days with no picking up, finally I connected with the receptionist who would not help, and would not walk 50' to the service department to ask them to call me. Finally my son connected with the receptionist on his phone, and under the threat of a bad review finally walked the phone over. He was told that the truck was not finished yet, still in pieces, that they had to go slow because they were worried about breaking bolts and that the catalytic converter was not replaced as of yet after a full 7 days. We will never use this service department again, and we strongly advise anyone to beware of this dealership, they do not care about their customers!!! We will never buy another vehicle from Hanford Chrysler Dodge again.

Quality Repairs
Repair facility replaced my ENTIRE A/C system due to metal contamination caused by three consecutive failures and replacements of the compressor (not by this shop). Now it works as it should and operates without noise.

Great Sales staff and service
I had another awesome experience. My 6th vehicle from the dealership and have had great support each time. We will be trading in for another new truck for my wife next week and they have gone out of their way to find what she wants.

it was ok
Some people where really nice but one sales lady kept flirting with my husband and I really didn't like that I also noticed the way she flirted with the employees. We where looking to purchase a new dart but I got tired of they way she was so we left without purchasing.

Service department
I cannot believe I'm saying this about a dealership, but their service department seems to be very honest and customer service oriented. I took my Jeep in for an issue that I had previously visited two dealerships about. They didn't blow off the issue to road noise like other dealerships had in the past and the maintainer actually road in the car with me to listen to exactly what I was talking about. Sheila is their service manager and if you can manage to speak to her she is very willing to help.

Honest & Forthright People
I just visited there today on 7/13/12. Very honest, forthright and motivated people. Let them know I was just in the look stage for a Challenger SRT-8 or Charger SRT-8. The sales man and manager were very nice and answered all of my questions. No high pressure tactics. Ultra competitive prices. When I am ready to buy, this will be the place. / Howard from Clovis
