Great Experience!!!!! Well Worth the Time and Drive. The Owner Jon was polite, considerate, fair and honest. He did not harass, bully and push us into a decision. He gave his numbers and they were accurate and what we were looking for. He met us in the middle to get the deal done where both parties WON!!!!

Buying a car from Jon turned out to be an bad experience. I gave him more than enough time to turn things around and he just couldn't do it as for fixing ongoing issues with my vehicle that I paid a few thousand dollars for. He never return calls and I been in his office on numerous occassion's and watched him look at his caller I.D and screen calls. As a customer to see that first hand, that bothered me to the core. Not to mention, all the lies and run arounds he has put me through. I eventually got fed up with him and took my vehicle to another shop to get fixed and they explained to me that whoever was under my hood jacked everything up. I would never buy another vehicle from Jon and wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to buy from him. After talking to a few people, I see Jon going under really soon. I truly feel as though he doesn't care about his customer's, but only his money. Not a good look at all.

Jon and Mrs. Jon and Darnell were great. I tried to sit back as much as possible so my teenage daughter could handle most of her car buying process, and they couldn't have been more helpful and personable. Nice car, more than fair price and they even knocked off a couple hundred so she could handle tax, title and registration and still be within her budget. Really really good car buying experience. Worth the drive from Red Lion!

I have now purchased two cars from this dealership. Loved my first purchase and had no problems what so ever with it that when I wanted a change I knew I wold find what I was looking for here again. Drove off the lot today and couldn't be happier with my new car. Rides great and all their cars are super clean too ! I won't go anywhere else ! Prices are fair and u definately get more for less here! If your looking for a used car in or near lancaster you'd be a fool to not check here first !
