8/13/25 visited Sewall Cadillac formerly Ken Batchellor. I’ve had dealings with Joshua Hutcheson in the Body/Collision department. Josh is very professional and attentive to his customers and comes across as a person with integrity! I would definitely recommend visiting Josh for your car needs!

Avoid this shady dealership at all costs. I was sold a complete lemon by one of their conniving salesmen—a car that started having serious issues almost immediately after purchase. What’s worse? Now they’re trying to keep my trade-in and refuse to refund the worthless extended warranty they pressured me into buying. This whole operation feels like a scam. They smile and sweet-talk you through the sale, but once they have your money, all accountability disappears. They clearly prey on trusting customers, and their business practices are beyond unethical. Save yourself the stress and take your business somewhere that actually values honesty and integrity. This place is nothing but a trap.

My experience with Sewell dealership and especially my sales associate, Luis Barboza has been nothing but positive and great. Luis is extremely knowledgeable and patient with any questions you may have. I've now purchased two cars from Batchelor/Sewell Cadillac and only returned to this dealership because of the most professional and courteous experience I had. Six months after my first purchase (and several times inbetween) I was able to call Luis on his cell he provided and he was as happy to assist me as he was when he sold me the first car. The service department's employees and very helpful and accommodating. They have a BEAUTIFUL lobby with refreshments. This dealership must have high standards for it's employees and they all seem to step up to it.

As of today 12/10/24, not happy at all with Service
As of today 12/10/24, not happy at all with Service Manager response that Cadillac warranty would not cover a paint chip that is between 1/8th to a max of 1/4th of an inch in diameter that peeled off from the passenger side front door on my 2024 XT4 with less than 3k miles and almost just 1 year old. Service Manager stated that Cadillac would not even look at it unless it was a larger chip??? I informed him that was what I was trying to avoid, correct it now that's very small. Waiting what the dealership's response is as I wrote directly to to the management of this concern. If they do correct this issue on a warranty claim I'll gladly write a positive review. I've been a customer here for a long time and have purchased other more expensive vehicles and have never had any issues with their Service Department. Hopefully they make it right and keep this customer or not.

Cars were hard to come by but bought new XT6 that had brake issues that cadillac wasn't going to address for 6 months. Our only choice was to pay 10000 more for another that arrived. Only had 1st car 6 weeks.sales manager said they would make it right and his idea was the 10000 more. Will be our last cadillac

I was interested in a CT5-V V series Blackwing.
I was interested in a CT5-V V series Blackwing. Upon a reply email I asked why it was priced so low. The next day (same inventory number) it was priced $30k higher . Just a typical bait and switch. Oh well, so that was my experience. I said in my return email that I was not flying 2000 miles for a bait and switch, so I guess I called their bluff.
