Had to wait 3 Days just to get my keys for the vehicle i

Had to wait 3 Days just to get my keys for the vehicle i purchased. And still have to wait at the dealership on the day of pick up when all I was told is they need to put gas in. Waited 30 more minutes and still haven’t got told where my vehicle was.

Huge waste of time ….

Huge waste of time …. They will say whatever they can to get a sale even when you make it clear you are here for a good deal not a vehicle you need so if the deal doesn’t work it’s fine… no worries but they push and push even suggesting you get a repo in your name just to make a sale

The employees were very kind & respectful.

The employees were very kind & respectful. The truck was serviced expertly. I didn't appreciate the fact that their shuttle service was only one way & I had to pay lyft to return me & all my shopping. I waited from 10:AM to 4pm & there was no one that could change the tv channel. There has to be a little more empathy for customers.

Well my truck still not fix and they are fixing it in

Well my truck still not fix and they are fixing it in sections they are fixing one lifter at it time because is been a time of 5 to 6 months that they are just fixing one by one
