I have experienced wonderful care of my 15year old

I have experienced wonderful care of my 15year old Toyota minivan from the detail staff. I hand my minivan off in shambles, and they return it to me a different car! The team magically transforms my minivan back to it’s original state. Amazing work. Special thanks to Shay for taking my reservation.

Excellent Experience!

Excellent Experience!! Mr B answered all my questions, made sure all my asks were met in regards to areas I wanted addressed on the car I purchased (driver seat, blemish on rear). Introduced me to Mr Pete the sales manager who made sure my MD inspection was completed and that my car was ready when he promised. Picked up my car and it was right in front with a fresh car wash and full tank of gas!!

One of the main issues I had was the excessively high

One of the main issues I had was the excessively high processing fee. For my truck alone, I was charged close to $1,000, which I felt was unreasonably high. While I paid it, it was still very disappointing. After picking up the truck from the dealership and getting home, I realized how dirty it actually was. It was clear that little to no effort was put into cleaning it. They appeared to have only wiped down visible surfaces. Interior compartments, the dashboard, and other areas were completely neglected. There were even food stains on the passenger-side door, which is unacceptable for a vehicle being sold. As a result, I was left having to clean the truck myself after purchase. Overall, I would not recommend this dealership due to the lack of care and attention they put into their vehicles, whether used or new.

We just bought our third Subaru from Beyer.

We just bought our third Subaru from Beyer. The service has always been great (although at times pretty expensive), and Sandi is the best! Our salesman was Jay, and he was quite thorough explaining our new car’s features. They even gave us a toy for our dog. We love Beyer Subaru. 😊
