So I came to Frankie's about 5-6 years ago, credit wasn't good at all, but they worked with me told me how to build my credit , this is my 3rd vehicle I've purchased and every time I'm a happy customer with the service, I feel like family, thanks Dean for your patience and thanks Frankie &team, I remember my last vehicle i purchased from them I couldn't start it because of the alarm I triggered and I called Frankie's service and they walked me through the procedures to get my vehicle started again.

Not happy at all,they had the wrong battery in the car which cause the alternator,and computer brain, and starter to burn out,I was also way over charged for the car with the miles it had ,and the year,do your homework ,when you find a car you like,it's my fault for not doing mine.never again,when I told Avery I wasn't happy ,he threaten to sue me .lol ,then had the nerve to call me months later on my birthday to see if I wanted to buy another car.wow

I have to add antifreeze every other day and the motor sounds ruff not a gas-saving car 😐 😒 hope to get it fixed for free since it's under warranty but we'll see and has for most of these reviews I agree they are pushy they won't listen to you cause they want their commission
