Brought a car, i have had it for a month and it has been in the shop 3 times already. Two days after buying it the car runs hot. I can't even drive the car pass 55 or for a long distance. The most expensive mistake I have ever made was paying a car from this dealership.

I purchased a car from them on 11-10-2021. Before purchasing the car questions were asked pertaining to the noise we heard and about the transmission. We were told that the noise was normal and they assured us everything was fine. Well that was a lie something is wrong with the motor and transmission. When went to take the car back and also ask for the money back mind you I only had it for 24hours. I was told they don't have a return policy and go get something in black and white. So I took the car back to NTB an the associates that service the car said take the car back. They were not going to charge for something that you can clearly hear and when it was driven they said that they can tell that something was wrong. They knew right off hand what was wrong as soon as they started the car up both said your car is not supposed sound like that. That's not normal at all also it was driven and I was told take it back. Mind I had took the car earlier that day and the same thing was said then but again the manager set me getting my stuff put in black and white. After going NTB for the second time and was told take care back. They also said it was not a good buy. I also paid cash for the car this was the worst and the most hurtful experience . If I would have known what I know now. I would not have brought a car from them. I would not recommend no one to do business with them.
