Just leased a Kia Niro

I was looking to lease a Kia Niro, and was helped greatly by Frankie. He was very knowledgeable and kind during the test drive. He helped me get a great deal, and I was satisfied with the entire process. Very helpful and friendly staff overall!

Scam, scam and scam some more

I went in after some on-line comparison shopping, ready to buy and ready to buy from them since they are close to home. Showed them the best deal I'd found on the car I wanted, and after endless haggling. they agreed to meet the price, although they expressed outrage that I was getting a "better" car than the one I asked for because it was all they had. So we were all set, and I sat down to get to business and waited, and waited some more, and then waited some more. Until finally it became clear that I was waiting for the car to be brought back from their warehouse, and they wouldn't talk business until I'd sat in and supposedly fallen in love with it. By now we're two hours in, and it's getting dark and I"m freezing, and they have constant loud music blaring so I'm pretty miserable, but we sit down to talk turkey, and suddenly the price is $300 higher than the one they'd promised. I say I'm out of there unless they meet our agreement and after many deeply agonized visits to his manager the salesman, mournfully agrees. So we start on business again, now three hours into it, and we get to financing and I say I don't want their $500 rebate in exchange for a much higher interest rate than I can get anywhere. Shock, horror, outrage, but I tell them I'd be happy to pay cash outright if they won't give me a lower rate so again, as if I've committed an outrage they do. Now 3.5 hours in they take me to a finance office to sign the paperwork and we're all chummy and good pals until I reject the extended warranty (again shock, horror) but still we get past that and they finally hand me the contract to sign and low and behold the price has gone up $500. I tell the guy the deal is off, and he scurries out to confer once again, finally finds the sales manager, and explains that this is the fee for my rejection of the higher interest rate. No one had ever mentioned that the price was contingent on my accepting their terms, so at that point, I walk out. Get my money back, and leave, happy that I will not have to do business with them for the life of the car. They are low life.

Not what I asked for!

Stopped in today. I was looking for a car $10k or less. Was shown a black 2014 Kia Forte with 31k miles and told it was $9k. Test drove it and liked it, so I decided to do the paperwork. The manager came back asking for $4k down and payments between $300-$400/mth for 6 years! I asked for the price again because the math didn't add up in my head.... almost $14k! If I walk on the lot and ask for cars in a certain price, don't show me ones that aren't in that range! They then tried to get me to lease a new car. They knew I worked for Lyft and that a lease would not meet my needs. He suggested I lease it for 4 years, then buy it after the lease is over. Why would I pay on a Forte for 6 years?! The car wouldn't even last that long (I put at least 50k miles a year, 6 years would mean 300k miles by time the car was paid for! I think they just wanted a sale and thought I was stupid enough to fall for it. P.S. a 2014 Kia Forte lx with 31k miles blue books for $10k....

Great Experience

Everyone hates taking their car in for service, but they were extremely helpful and fast. Their courtesy vehicle dropped me off at a local coffee shop and picked me up. Everyone was friendly and answered all of my questions.

Amazing Service and Satisfaction Guaranteed

I was helped by Alvin the sales and leasing consultant, he had the answers to all my questions. I leased a 2017 Optima Ex with an amazing price for an amazing car. He told me i was gonna love the car and i surely loved it.
