You'd think for a certified vehicle, I would've had a full tank of gas, a new cabin filter (mine stinks when I turn on the air), and a better detailed interior. Also, disappointed that I had to ask for the steering wheel to be cleaned from all the dirty handprints. In addition, poor communication from the finance advisor I had, as I emailed her three times asking if my check had been received. Finally ended up calling her, and was told she was in a meeting. Just an OK experience and I probably wouldn't purchase from this dealer again.
