$160k vehicle breaks after 2500 miles.
$160k vehicle breaks after 2500 miles. 5 weeks in the shop, no sense of urgency and no proactive communication. Deliver the vehicle with almost a full tank and was returned almost empty. No attention to detail. They promise a premium experience. Nothing farther from what my experience was. Never buying Mercedes again.
