I just had an extremely efficient and pleasant experience

I just had an extremely efficient and pleasant experience in purchasing a new 2026 CLA 250 at the dealership. Everyone collaborated and cooperated in making it a good experience. Great appreciation to Bill Shafi for shepherding the process. And Matt and Jeff were very helpful, along with post-delivery specialist Corbin Leyshock!

I made an appointment for 7am and brought my car in the

I made an appointment for 7am and brought my car in the day before. They did nothing all day till starting on it late in the afternoon. I got a message saying it was done so I went to pick it up. It wasn’t done so they gave me a loaner. It didn’t get done till the next afternoon. I went to pick it up and they failed to replace the key battery so it wouldn’t open. I got it open and replaced the battery when I got home. I had paid for it to be replaced at the dealer. Pretty poor service for a SL65 AMG. Not what I’d expect for a $200k car.

Efficient, kind and easy.

Efficient, kind and easy. Nicholas Higa is the best and communication is always timely and clear. I always get a loaner and I feel like I’m in and out faster then going through a car wash. Nicholas is realistic about other questions I may have and always feel like they go the extra mile to make sure my car is returned in better condition then when I dropped her off. thank you!!
