I bought a new Bronco from Phil Ling Ford and the treatment I received from the salesman was excellent! Ahead of time, they asked for the VIN on the vehicle I was trading in. When the time came, they gave me exactly the trade in value they had quoted earlier, no haggling. After I had completed the transaction, the salesperson, Kyle Stevens, took the time to sit in the vehicle and show me what all of the controls/screens/menus did. It was VERY helpful and nice of him!!

I have texted twice once June 30 and again July 30.

I have texted twice once June 30 and again July 30. I have called 4 times the past four weeks when I posted a review of my dissatisfied and continuing issues with my truck. I still have yet to receive a call back. The sister dealership in Glenwood Springs called to ask if I needed maintenance and to ask if I knew anyone who was interested in buying a vehicle. I explained to that sales rep my situation and still have not received a call back. My next step will be to call the BBB, Ford, and then a lawyer. I have traveled over 4,000 miles taking my truck in for repairs and either they say nothing is wrong and then I take it back and they say it is the transmission or I pick it up when I am told it is fixed and it is not and I have to bring it back. This has been the worst experience ever with buying a vehicle and not getting anything fixed properly.

Great service. Courteous staff. I flew in from Albuquerque, hubered from Denver airport. All was in order. Service was timely. I was on the road home within 90 minutes. Teddy Santoso was great
