Body Shop Experience

The right rear of my 2013 Honda CRV was damaged in a fender bender and I took it to the Kuni body shop for repair. My contact, Hal, kept me informed at each step of the repair and painting process. The work took less than two days and the result was excellent; it looks like a new car. They even washed the car for me. I was very pleased with the result and the cost.

Quality used car, prompt courteous service

Buying a car and getting it repaired are both cause for high anxiety. We've done both now at Kuni Honda and the experiences have been first rate. The buying process was surprisingly low-pressure and friendly the first time we went there 3 years ago to buy a used Honda Element. Recently, the power window failed (a common Honda issue) and we went in to get it fixed. No fuss, no overpriced upcharges. Had to leave it there overnight but got a nearly new loaner car for now cost. When we came in the next day to pick it up we actually volunteered to talk to a used car salesman but they were all busy. What? Usually it's like piranhas at a dealership but I guess they don't work off commissions? Refreshing. Highly recommended.

Efficient and quick service!

I did not make an appointment but showed up at 7:00 a.m. to have my Honda's oil changed and a free car wash. Within minutes of opening, I was seen by a mechanic representative who reviewed what services would be completed along with the oil change and car wash. I enjoyed the comfort of the customer lounge while waiting for my car. Estimated time -- 2 hours; I was back in my car 1/ 1/2 hours later. NICE!

Great Overall Experience

I bought my Honda Civic in November. This experience was great. After visiting at least 9 other dealerships, new and used around the Denver area I was so frustrated until arriving at Kuni Honda. The salesman was polite, not pushing and answered all my questions. The process took a little longer than I expected but they kept me updated throughout the entire time. I brought my car in for it's first maintenance check up this past Saturday. Making the appointment was effortless. Once again very knowledgeable respectful service. My appointment was at 7 in the morning and I was promised my car by 8:30. They opened early and I was done and on my way shortly after 8. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who would like a honest deal from friendly efficient people.

Great Experience!

We had the pleasure of working with Ben last night to buy our new CRV. We told him we were looking for a "family car" and that we had a budget to stick to. His fun personality and his "down to earth" way put us at ease for asking countless questions during the test drive. Ben really knew his stuff about the CRV and was humble enough to say "I'm not sure, but I'll get that information for you once I get an answer" when asked a question that he didn't know. Ben had us laughing the entire time! Everyone at Kuni was so helpful and had smiles as they worked. Thank you Ben for putting us at ease with our new family car and being so patient with us!

great value

Wandered over the Kuni Honda dealership on Arapahoe so that I would not need to rely on my bicycle and public transit to get to work every day in cases of inclement weather, etc. The CR-V is highly rated. I am very new to buying cars. Everyone was helpful and honest, and I feel like I got a great deal on a lease. I got the value that I was looking for in a car that actually fit my needs, being a bit on the tall side (nearly 6'6"). To find a solid deal on a solid vehicle that will suit me... well, if you have as much trouble shopping as I do you can understand.

AMAZING Customer Service

A crazy idea popped into my head this morning, I decided that I wanted to purchase a "work" car ... one that doesn't require premium fuel and gets better than the 16 MPG that my primary vehicle gets. I know that Honda vehicles are highly regarded for value and quality and my first shopping stop was Kuni Honda, looking at either an Accord or Civic Coupe. Georgina was AMAZING, showing me the vehicles that I was interested in and also leading me to the 2014 Civic EX Coupe. The Civic had the features that I was looking for and the gas mileage that justified the purchase. After reviewing options to purchase or lease, the lease payment was well under what I expected to pay and I decided to go that route. To top things off, Georgina offered to follow me home in her car and bring me back to Kuni so that I could manage both vehicles. I never would have guessed that the 12 mile drive home would have taken nearly an hour in rush-hour traffic, but Georgina did not seem to mind and we had a good conversation on the much quicker drive back to Kuni. All in all, I am very satisfied with the level of service that I received today and I recommend Kuni to anybody looking for a new or pre-owned Honda.

Good experience with service department

Brought car in for periodic maintenance. Check in was quick and work was completed much earlier than anticipated. I was able to pick up car sooner which saved a lot of coordination of time and travel. Ronda was the service rep and she was excellent.
